Based in Escondido, California, MobileMan Computer Tech Services, LLC holds a strategic location from which it serves individual and small business clients throughout San Diego and North San Diego County. As a mobile computer repair service, we eliminate the need for customers to disconnect their equipment and haul it in to the shop for repairs.
By going "on-site" to the customer, we avoid the expensive overhead involved in running a repair shop at a fixed location, and are therefore able to offer competitive service rates. This also allows us to observe computer related issues and customer equipment in the environment where it is used. The ability to do "on-site" service offers a great advantage over the traditional "storefront" repair shops when it comes to troubleshooting and diagnosing computer problems. This is especially true if the problem is due to an improperly configured or faulty peripheral at the customer site. It is difficult for the repair shop to troubleshoot and correct a misconfigured peripheral if they have the customer computer on their diagnostic workbench, while the offending peripheral is back at the client's home or office.
We attempt to perform most troubleshooting and repairs on-site. In addition, our business model also provides the flexibility of picking up customer equipment and bringing it back to our private service facilities for further troubleshooting, issue investigation, and issue resolution. The customer does not have to worry about transporting equipment back and forth, an inconvenience which we have eliminated from the process.
