This business has been reported to Better Business Bureau for dishonest work, appalling customer service, and verbal abuse. Do not use this business if you want your computer fixed. After having them pick up my computer for simple data back up they: 1. Broke the keyboard to my laptop 2. Replaced parts that I did not request (put in an unidentified hard drive and charged me $125 dollars for installation) 3. Did not back up files that I requested and wiped my computer to replace the operating system 4. Refused to hand over the computer when I asked to verify the work done on it before payment 5. Took 18 days to fix the computer after initially quoting me for 2-3 day service 6.
They then refused to return the computer at all unless it was on their terms and they did not allow me to verify that the data was even on the new hard drive, much less that the new operating system was valid. Do not use this company. You deserve to have your computer fixed, not broken.
