Your typical google search or buy something new company. Have no experience in IT. Have lots of experience in sales and make believe. Our law firm spent $100,000 in hardware only to find new upgrades not compatible with software. They really burned us. And left us with new hardware we can barely use. 3t was started as a video production company. After google search was created, everyone's an IT person. Lots of reviews here with fake pictures. Trust us. Stay away from this company.

Would not recommend. Shady business. Shady people coming onsite. Said they knew office 365, Microsoft SQL and installing systems. They were on the phone with someone the entire time onsite. Could never answer any questions related to my systems or network. The salesman said they all have certifications but after speaking with each consultant they barely have any experience. Were using my money and time to train their own employees. Do not recommend.

Did not have a good experience with this company. I was overcharged for sloppy work, and nickle and dimed. Do not use this company for IT installations. Company does not seem to communicate internally. Attached are pictures of the installation job which is a bunch of equipment stacked on a rack and strapped down done by their installer. I tried to complain to my initial contact, but they never responded.

I tried to complain to the billing department and no resolution. Told the installer I didn't like it. Initially the consultant came out to my office saw that I did not have anything on the wall in my office to mount the equipment to and discussed moving it down lower to be accessible and mounting it to the wall. I received the estimate and I was happy. FYI, I don't know anything about IT, I don't know what a "rack" is and this is my first business venture by myself.

I just know I started a new business and I need a firewall for my office, so I hired 3T Pro to tell me what I needed and to install it. Installer comes by and notices I don't have a rack to mount it on, runs back to get a rack, and installs the gear. I timed him and I was charged for the trip to pick up the rack even though the consultant knew I did not have one. Installer installs it up high out of reach even with a bar stool and a small rack and straps it down.

On top of this I was charged for cables even though I had these in my office ready for the installer and I offered it to them. I tried to complain to the installer, but he said that was the only rack they had and "it would be fine, it's strapped down". I complained about the sub-par work, but they refuse to fix it. I noted about the trip and the lack of communication on their part and they will not fix the bill.

I really needed a good IT company to do small work periodically, but if this is the work they stand by, I will not use them again. How can you stack IT equipment as a IT installer and strap it down and think your being professional

We have been with 3T for over 10 years. They manage our email addresses for our small company as well as spam control. I can't say enough good about these guys. Our service is seemless. The spam control is great. Their support when I don't understand how to operate a piece of our service is readily available. If you are shopping for someone to provide and manage your email addresses they are very good. I unhesitantly recommend them.

I purchased a mini HP laptop from Fry's back in March or April. Of course, I didn't buy the warranty because its a total rip off! A few months have passed and lucky me. something goes wrong. Some screws came loose and the covering to the hinge is bent. I called Fry's since I did purchase it from them. They told me I would first have to purchase the parts from HP then take it in and it would take 3-4 hours to fix.

I asked them to estimate on price and they said $125! What? Heck no! So the boyfriend steps in and he makes his phonecalls too. Apparently Greek Squad is expensive too. but one should already know that! Business with commercials = high prices to pay for the commercials! After calling 3-4 other places with a price quote of approximately $125-175, he stumbles upon "Dallas Computer Repair".

A guy named Chris picks up the phone. Price is about the same but Chris does what no one else did. go above and beyond. He went to the HP website and did some digging. He found out my computer is under warranty and I should take it to an official HP store to get it fixed for free! They even have the parts on hand! I didn't want Chris' services to be unrewarded. He could've done the same thing and tried to make big bucks off of me but he didn't! When my comp really does go down, I'll be taking it here!
