I tried to find a Land Rover Discovery 4 in good condition and low mileage for ages but had little success in France. I reviewed sites in Spain, Germany and Italy and found some interesting possibilities. However I did not have much opportunity or time to visit the sellers to check the cars and those which I could have visited were sold before I could travel.

I turned to Reezocar who took on the challenge. Olivier was my appointed consultant and he worked very hard to meet my requirements for age, condition and price. He found a number of options in a fast moving and difficult market, a couple of which we lost as they were sold very quickly, and we settled on an excellent car which met all my requirements.

He was patient and unflappable! Isabelle, Meriem, Laurine and Sarah all worked on the sale for me. They were rapid, courteous and professional throughout, ensuring the finances, registration in France, transport etc etc were all done, with me being kept fully informed, and finally ensuring the car was ready on time when I had planned to collect it.

We discovered a problem with the car which had not been declared by the original seller and Sonia from the Support Helpdesk was absolutely brilliant in sorting out the issue at no cost to me, using a Land Rover dealer for a fully professional rectification. I was confident in Reezocar from the start as they are a division of Societe Generale so I was prepared to spend a large amount of money on a vehicle via an internet service without having seen the car.

This was entirely justified by the results, both in the car they found for me and the service they provided to ensure the car was exactly as advertised, including the rectification of the fault (which I know many less professional and less honest dealers would have tried to avoid). The staff I worked with were committed to doing a great job and overcame every issue which came up with patience and courtesy - even the bureaucratic issues around changing details on the French registration/Immatriculation at short notice. I cannot recommend Reezocar more highly for openness, honesty and effectiveness. I am in the process of buying a second car through them.

Overall the experience with Reezocar was excellent. Buying a car unseen over the internet seems risky, but when the people you are dealing with are friendly, helpful and always available to answer questions makes a massive difference to the whole experience. As a foreigner in France it's nice to finally experience a customer centric service on this level.

They where from the start clear about the conditions and all went very smooth, Mehdi understands how to do business. Excellent customer service by Reezocar advisor, Nicholas B, attentive and listen to exactly what car I was looking for and used his language skills, speaking English and making the process easy but was always very professional. Efficient and good communication from the whole team with Meriem arranging the transport from Germany to my door in France. Provisional license and plates turned up on the day of delivery.

The time and effort saved esp. with COVID restrictions, not having to travel to Germany and drive back and not having to complete the registration process in France was worth every penny of the service fee. Highly Recommended.
