I have had ATR do a yearly tuneup on my laptop for several years and have always been very satisfied with their work and professionalism. In fact, I credit them with extending the life of my computer, which I really appreciate. And, one of my favorite things about them is that they stand behind their work and I can contact them in between tune-ups with questions and small issues which they deal with at no charge.and they always get right back in touch with me when I try to contact them.

I have used Alexander Technical Resources twice now to do a regular "check-up" on my laptop and it has been such an easy process. I chose ATR based on my research and their good reviews and I was not disappointed. Fortunately, I have not had a any major computer issues so I can only speak to the tune-up. During the first tune up I had questions about anti-virus software and potentially switching to a new version and the technician really answered my questions, didn't try to sell me on products I didn't need and then installed the new software. I highly recommend ART for your computer needs.
