My laptop had slowed to a snails pace, and sometimes would not start. Mr. F. did an excellent job of troubleshooting, communicating with me and solving the issues. He got it running in tip-top shape for an extremely reasonable price. Six months later it's working like a champ. Appreciated the high level of security and also the handling of a computer with sensitive personal information on it.

Wayne and his Techs are top notch. Excellent Service and super quick. My SSD went out on my MSI Laptop, they had it diagnosed and fixed within 2 days. Wayne even text me a few weeks later to see how things were going and to make sure it was working properly. Excellent customer service if you ask me.

I had recently build a gaming computer and was encountering blue screen and other ample of issues. I read the reviews and decided to go drop it off here. Wayne helped me with the analysis and I picked up the computer a day after with an assumption that it was fixed. I encountered the errors again and reached out to Wayne the same day. He worked on a Saturday for my computer and fixed it this time within few hours.

Computer Zone in Edmond did a fantastic job on my laptop when it just decided to shut down and not boot up. The technician called me right away and explained what the issue was and the options I had for repair along with cost estimates. A great business with great people. I highly recommend this location if you're near Edmond Oklahoma.

The service was outstanding. They told me it will take about two weeks to have my laptop ready, however, after explaining them my urgency they put it at front and have it ready in one and a half days. They really helped me in a very stressful situation and saved very important information from my failed hard disk. The hard disk was replaced and the computer cleaned and now is working perfectly and faster than ever.

I strongly recommend this company. I was treated with respect and they did something nobody is doing today, they listened to me as customer and provided me with an excellent solution instead of just making excuses as most business do. I highly recommend Wayne and the team at Computer Zone. I have an old HP desktop and I have taken it in more than once to fix and update parts. They have excellent communication skills when it comes to letting you know what needs to be done before they do it and the prices are very reasonable. Quick response time always. I will continue to use them in the future for all my computer needs.

I took my HP All-in-One desktop in for a new cooling fan. The part was no longer available, so I had to buy a new computer. Wayne advised me to bring in the new one, still in the box, and they would transfer the data. They used a "mirror" technique for the transfer of my old hard drive and physically moved my secondary drive to the new machine. It worked perfect, and I didn't have to reconfigure any settings or install any programs. Everything was exactly as it was on the old computer. The cost was reasonable and the service was great. Highly recommend.
