My laptop stopped charging unless I put the cord a certain way and it was getting worse and worse. I called Gainesville Computer and he was able to ask me a couple questions and determine the problem. He ordered the part and called the next day when it arrived. He picked up my computer for repair and called in a couple hours to say it was done and asked when I would like him to drop it off. Very quick and very reasonable prices.
