We've done business with Service Solutions around 1 1/2 - 2 years now. Their services are 2nd to none. We've gone from a problematic system to one that rarely has any problems (coming from someone who has some experience in IT and that's pretty Tech savvy). Some might see them as a little pricy (if they haven't dealt with a credible IT company), but the service they provide more than make up for that. Service Solutions will always be my go-to IT company for as long as they'll let me.

I have been with Service Solution for many years. Always very responsive. Yesterday, Friday, a strange VIRUS message kept flashing and beeping. Not being a techy person I was fearful of what was going on. Today, Saturday, I called in with my concerns and they got with me immediately, dialed in and spent quite a bit of time remedying the issue and updating. Would highly recommend.
