Chuck and his team helped us by installing phone lines at our company. After a very frustrating process with getting services set up appropriately with our internet service provider, Chuck was the one who actually solved the problems and got the phones installed and running correctly. I've been a customer of Technology Plus for several years. Each and every one of their team members has impressed me with their knowledge, abilities and most of all, their high level of customer service. I recently had the opportunity to meet Nick. Nick came to my business to survey an area where we'll be installing new hardware. He shared with me that he recently moved to full-time employment with the company after working part-time in the cabling department.

I had an old Windows 7 laptop now not supported. I purchased a new laptop from Technology Plus, when the computer parts came in, they were able to set it up, connect to our company Outlook, bring most programs over from my old laptop, in 4 hrs! And get my new computer working and me back in service, the same day! The entire team did a great job, Chris was most helpful. I strongly recommend this company for business type assistance. We tried several tech companies before we found Technology Plus. They are wonderful. They did a complete install in our new building -- everything from computers and peripherals to music and phone systems. It was all perfect. We now rely on them for all of our monitoring, support, and troubleshooting. They are super responsive and always get the job done. Definitely 5 stars!

Technology Plus has been an integral part of our success for a nearly a decade. They have always been there when we needed them, even before office hours. I have called their emergency number at least twice, and Jeff (who is great, by the way!) called me right back then came to our office before he went to work. He has saved our day more than once! I just can't say enough about Julie, Jeff, Eric, Josh, and all the other great people at Technology Plus. I HIGHLY recommend them!

Our company contacted Technology Plus to perform onsite cable runs for our manufacturing facility. We decided to outsource this cabling project in part due to the difficulty presented by the high ceilings and the high volume of traffic in our manufacturing facility. The Technology Plus team was able to visit our site and after the site tour present us with the best options for our cabling needs.
The service technicians arrived on time and possessed a clear understanding of what needed to be done to complete the job. Everyone from Technology Plus seemed very knowledgeable and they did a great job of ensuring that the cabling was run in a clean, neat, and professional manner. They worked safely and efficiently to accomplish their goal while being mindful of our manufacturing environment. We would definitely consider using their services again and would recommend Technology Plus to anyone with IT professional service needs.
