First of all, I bought my laptop through Empire Computers about 3 years ago. I wanted very specific "extras" on my laptop, so I needed someone who knew what they were doing to order me the right device. I couldn't be happier with my laptop! So glad I hooked up with Empire. As of recent, I was running out of memory on my laptop. I was DREADING having to get a new laptop, but soon found out that these guys could load a much larger hard drive into my existing laptop, which would give me all the space I needed and more. AND.for an affordable price!

I was told it would take about 24 hours for turn around, but these guys work really hard to please their customers, and in a matter of hours - I had my laptop back in hand. I couldn't be happier! (I know I already said that, but seriously, these guys are just amazing!) If you're looking for a computer company that offers knowledgeable, reliable, experienced, and super nice people. Empire Computers is it! 5 STAR all the way!

We just had an experience with Empire Computers. Dealt with Stephanie and Mike. Mike was the computer tech. We had a job that involved creating a Virtual Machine, so we could keep what we had on our old computer, and also use our new computer. The old one we had used since approximately 2007, and loved it, but it had an older operating system on it.

Due to recent changes in technology, we simply could not keep using the old computer for everything we needed to do, but wanted to keep the old programs and files intact. Mike did a prompt, thorough job for us, the price was reasonable, and we are extremely pleased. Glad we found Empire Computers, as some of my sons do not live in the area anymore, and I used to rely on them for tough computer issues. Guess I'll just have to adopt Mike!

I have once again needed the help for my new computer. I had to purchase one quickly and Jeremy responded immediately. He had to move all my information from the old one to the new one and then deal with all of my many questions I ask. Being a business we really need this computer every day. They are so patience. Mike G is extremely knowledgeable from computers to cell phones any brand. Empire can repair remotely saving time and money. They can also suggest and buy hardware from printers to computers. I have been very happy with their response time, recommendations and fixes. Use Empire get it running fast and right!
