It's never good when your computer tanks, and Tony was quick with help to keep me in business while we tried to figure out the problem! He didn't drag his feet guessing what was wrong but got straight to the point and I wasn't even down a day. Plus he picks up and delivers. He gave me continuous updates along the way and gave me a great, unexpectedly low price. My new computer repair go-to guy for certain! 10 stars.

Tony is amazing. I had a laptop that I tried myself to fix, but got nowhere. I spent WEEKS trying to get that puppy to work to no avail. It took Tony a few hours to fix it. He not only fixed it wonderfully, but sent me updates via texts.with photos! Previously, before I found Tony, I had taken it to Best Buy, they sent it off and then only texted me three weeks later when it was done and it was time to pick it up. Tony is professional, super nice, very knowledgeable, very easy to talk to, he explains things like you know nothing about computers but without making you feel stupid, and his prices are great. I won't hesitate to go back. He's an amazing person. Go see him. You won't regret it.

We have retained Tony multiple times for computer problem shooting or maintenance. He has always responded in a very timely manner to our calls or emails and is courteous and patient. He is extremely knowledgeable and amazingly able to quickly identify our problem with diagnosis and fix. He has both walked us through via phone and/or virtual on-line repair as well as in person.
He is thorough and self-explanatory in layman's terms.always determined to completely resolve the issues before end of call. His fees are very reasonable and worth every single penny.

I called and left a message. Tony called back in two minutes. I explained why I was calling. He said the repair is not something he does. He not only took his time to talk with me but referred me to two other stores that might be able to help. He also gave me a price point as to what the repair should cost. I had a great experience. I was having computer issues, and contacted Cyber Solution. When dropping off my computer he was very knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions. He also gave advice on up-grade options and care management. He was able to work with my schedule when dropping equipment off and when picking equipment up. He also kept me notified through the entire process of what he was doing and how the computer was responding. If and when I have computer problems, he will be my first call. I would recommend this company to all my friends and family.

I came to Tony, as a new customer, with an emergency; my main business computer was dead. I needed help immediately. Tony answered my call, after business hours; invited me to bring my computer to his office that night and had it up and running in less than 30 minutes. He also was able to use a reconditioned part to repair my computer that only cost me $10.00.
