Although they do not sell what I wanted (windows tablets) they got back with me immediately after I left a message.

I have been going to DR MICRO for years and have always had great service on my computers that Doug has built. My USB ports on the front of the tower went out and Doug repaired them quickly. They were out of warranty by two weeks, but Doug did the repair as if it was under warranty anyway. Doug will not try to sell you something you don't need and gives honest advice. You cannot go wrong supporting this wonderful local business!

Straight, honest.saves money by telling you what to add.and not to add. Excellent service.

I was told my repair was extremely difficult to do and would take a week for a price of over $200. It took me 5 minutes of Google and 3 minutes to fix my issue. Actually, I'd like to thank the guy. if he'd asked $50 bucks I would have agreed. So thanks for the overestimate!

Hard to find hands on computer repair store. They'll let you know what your in for even if it's bad news. They wont try to sell you something you don't need, and are always honest. I have been doing business here for years, and plan to continue.

Did a good job of fixing a problem I had with a Surface 2 tablet.

Doug is a computer wizard. FAST and realistically priced! He bailed me out a second time last week, when the motherboard died, I was back up-and-running with a new machine within a couple days.absolutely NO lost data! I would not think of going anywhere else. THE BEST!

Doug and Paul have always taken good care of me, and my business computer needs. They have been providing great service for us for the last 5+ years. I highly recommend them! They deliver what they promise. Plus, they are reasonably priced for both service and built-new PC's.

They don't do everything. No printers, tablets. But I took my slow XP computer their and they made it better even tho they warned me XP was limited

These guys completely dropped the ball on me a couple of times. I had to follow up more than once to find out the status of my order and when they would be able to fix my issue. They had ordered a replacement part that took months to get in (I had a newer computer), then it turned out to be the wrong part. I never got a call back when the right part was delivered, so I took my business elsewhere. Total nightmare.

Horrible. Sold me a crap refurbished computer, lied about how it would perform, couldn't even think of returning it until I was outside my 30 days (holidays, ect). Called to see if they would consider giving me partial credit.was just talked down to, interrupted, ect. Don't shop here.

I went in today with a small technical question about hardware, I'd broken something taking my laptop apart. Not only was the staff extremely polite and helpful, despite my problem being one they were unable to fix (I'd torn the connector off the motherboard entirely, there's nothing anyone could do at that point), and with absolutely no point for them to profit from the interaction, they helped me.

Both the owner and one of his employees talked with me, showed me how to avoid the issue in the future, and were extremely welcoming. I haven't had any financial engagement with them, but I know that if there comes a time I need the services they provide they'd be the absolute first place I turn to.
