The owner is so patient and kind. He helped diagnose my laptop issues over the phone and was open and honest so that I could fix it without seeing him. But my computer was still too broken so I went in and he fixed it in a day. He also cleaned it. I got a fresh new laptop! Highly recommend for an honest job!

Great place, Johnny is an amazing computer expert and he will help you solve your computer issues. Highly recommend this place. Also for negative comments require much more than vague details. I had a positive experience with Johnny he installed 16 GB of RAM to my computer it was really slow. He has good work ethics highly him them.

I purchased a computer through the advice of the owner of this establishment. It was a Lenova ThinkCentre, he neglected to do his research on the computer and found me complaining I could not connect my other monitor to the system, while he kept saying a dual monitor card was in the system. He neglected to say or have knowledge of, monitors can connect to Lenova systems in three ways: HDMI, DATA port, and VGA.
The Data port takes a larger connector to the computer than the one found on HDMI. All I'm suggesting to Mr. Parker is stay abreast of the differences in systems. People come to him who are novice to the mechanics of computers and expect him to act as the buffer, he failed miserably.

This man is a thief. Make sure that you get a receipt for your equipment when you give it to him, make sure you get a detailed explanation and the cost of the proposed work or repairs that he is supposed to do. He charged me $200 one day then the next day it was $150. Deal with this thief at your own risk.
