Very happy with finding Mario to repair my computer. I went to Geek Squad before searching for an actual IT man, he gave me an answer of what the problem was in less time that i did waiting in line at best buy. He was very communicative with my computer's issue and explained in very layman terms what the process was going to be. I thought i wasnt going to get my computer back for a long time but he got it working and running in a week! I am very grateful. Highly recommend.
