I’m a first time pc builder, and Shawna helped me out when my pc wouldn’t boot. Turned out to be something small, but was a relief to have someone more experienced take a look. She’s easy to book with, so I was able to book for the next day, and it’s nice not having to haul my pc into a shop, and leave it there for half the week. She was friendly and professional, and explained the steps she took to fix the problem. After that I had an issue with my motherboard’s wifi, and she helped me troubleshoot that as well. Her prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend.
