I have had a great experience with this firm every time I have had dealings with them. The receptionist and techs have been courteous, helpful and knowledgeable.

I took my computer to PC Solutions after having being scammed, which compromised my banking activities. They promptly cleaned out any viruses which enabled me to resume my banking activities. They recommended a system backup hard drive be installed to prevent loss of data in case of future invasive activity. This backup system was installed, but not easy for me to use.

They assisted me with online help, and charged for this service. When this did not fully solve the problem, I took the computer in to show me in person the necessary procedures for using the system backup. There was no charge for this later help, and the previous charge was refunded in full! I am very impressed with both the knowledge of the technicians here, and their ethical values in dealing with my computer problems.

I initially took my HP All-In-One to Best B*Y, where they said it would be done in about a week, but nine days later, they hadn't even started working on it! I needed my computer for business, so I snagged it back from them, got a refund, and took it to PC Solutions. They are very professional and friendly, fixed my computer issue right away and for WAY less than the other placed charged. I will definitely use their services in the future and I highly recommend PC Solutions!

They had exactly what I was looking for at a really good price, which is great when you're trying to set up your rig and not wanting to wait at least 2 days when ordering from Amazon. Really of your in the area and need help or equipment for your PC call them first. You won't be disappointed.

They made my transition from a crashed old computer to a new one easy. I took my old one in, they transferred everything over, and restored my data on my new computer. Everyone I interacted with was helpful and friendly and made what could have been an awful experience pleasant. God forbid I have another computer problem, I'll be back!

This is a great place to bring your laptop for upgrading. They do an excellent job and the employees are very nice and knowledgeable. The prices are good and they have a quick turn around. I'm very pleased with both experiences I've had with them.

Called them, got my laptop to them and they fixed it in one day. I considered going to Geek Squad but after my last visit there, I wanted a place that has good reviews and knows what to do without breaking my wallet. I am very satisfied with my visit today and will be taking all of my electronics there from now on. plus the store itself is very comforting to be in.

I did my college internship with PC Solutions, so I have been behind the curtain. The staff at PC Solutions is top notch. They're dedication to customer service is second to none. They are extremely knowledgeable. I had a great experience during my time there. I would take my computer there for service, I cannot give a higher recommendation than that. They are a family owned small business, and very well run. Five stars because I can't give 10.

Straightforward and easy to use this service. Worked with Mike and and Adam. Very reasonably priced especially for knowledge of the team at this company. No issues having them remote in and take care of things. Highly recommend, even if you are not living in the Jackson MI area!

PC Connections has done an excellent job of fixing or tuning up several of our computers the last few years. Their prices are reasonable for the work. They usually have a fee for analysis, But today, I brought in two iPads and didn't get charged a dime, The first one had been badly damaged. Mike looked, and said he could fix it, but I would be better off replacing it than paying for his hours of work. He fixed the other at no charge. It was a small repair, but one we couldn't do. The entire staff at PC Solutions is professional and friendly. I took in my Mac computer which is 10 years old and they were helpful in assisting with the purchase of a Mac. They also flawlessly transferred everything from my old Mac to my new Mac and I have experienced zero issues. I was able to hold onto my older computer in the event I needed a backup or if I want to get it fixed. I am a repeat customer and I will continue to do service with them. I recommend them to everyone. You will be pleased with the quality of care of your products.

I've bought 3 Acer laptops from PCS. There have been Windows and particularly Outlook issues with each (as with any brand/operating system) and while some savvy buyers can solve these on their own-we cannot. This is where the tech support at PCS is worth their weight in gold. Mike and his team never leave you feeling stupid nor out of the process during "rehab" sessions.

They never sell you more than you need either be it service or product. Once they get to know you it feels like you have your own IT team. When you are self-employed like me you really appreciate good service and I always get it. They have saved me many, many hours of trying to correct the things that stop email from working or the system from booting up fast.
