I am so happy to have work with Cyber Net Tech Steven he was a great help and getting my computer working properly again he comes highly recommended and knows his work I recently was scam bye someone saying that they work for Microsoft and that I had to call them to get this virus off my computer once I talk to them and let them take control of my computer come to find out that they wanted me to pay this extreme price of $500 when I refuse to pay it they put a block on my computer which I could not start it up without putting a password that only knew the word the password.

I was so confused did not know what to do so I got on Thumbtack and put in my problem and not even seconds later I got a text that Cyber Net Tech could help me and at a affordable price two minutes later I got a call from Cyber Net Tech and it didn't take him long to show me how to get it fixed thank you Cyber Net Tech you have made my day

Steve was very patient and did not rush thru any of the issues that plagued my computer. He answered all my questions and left my computer running better than it ever had. He was so good that I signed up for the year long subscription.

He responded quickly to my request. The amount quoted was the end amount paid aka "price did not go up". It was a fraction of the cost quoted by Best Buy and he had my computer up and running within an hr. Steven was superb! I have a Mac and I had two viruses that needed to be eliminated immediately. Taking care of a little baby at home and trying to run an online business at the same time, I needed this issue to be fixed as effectively and efficiently as possible and Steven was able to get it done. Not only was he able to clean up my system, he was able to download some programs to protect my computer so (hopefully) I won't have this issue come up again in the future. He's very knowledgeable and also friendly. I would highly recommend Steven!

Steven was very responsive to my request for help addressing some problems with my PC. I was nervous about losing data and eager to get the problem fixed quickly. He was extremely thorough and gave me comfort throughout the process by explaining what he was doing to address the issue. He got the problem fixed and my computer has been running well ever since. Wow! Are there anymore stars that I can give this guy? If so, I would still need more stars than that! Outstanding service and patience, especially considering he had to assist me from over the phone and even a different time zone I believe. My computer was hacked and I couldn't log in. Steven was awesome. He worked above and beyond for me. He was so patient and stayed positive in the most difficult recovery of my system. Steven is amazing. He submitted a quote and called me within minutes of submitting my job. Within 10 minutes of submitting my job he was remoting into my computer and was taking care of the issue. Steve did an awesome job on cleaning up all of the errors on my laptop. He is very knowledgeable, polite, patient and very easy to work with. I will recommend Steve to friends and family! Very friendly. Worked remotely. Cleaned out system in order to run more efficiently and installed some bug programs for me, but was not able to help with computer not turning on. Said it was a hardware problem and I would have to take it in to someone. I would recommend Steven highly as he is very knowledgeable.
