Needed a new battery for my MacBook Pro. The Apple Store isn't accepting appointments and all the Apple-certified stores were further away than I wanted to go. So I thought I'd give Lake Mary Computers a shot. The process to pay up front for the battery install was really easy via text. The gentleman that worked on my MacBook Pro was nice, very knowledgeable and explained issues well.
He even answered a text after hours about a question I had! Once the battery arrived, work was performed timely (within the day). I also was encouraged to get the inside cleaned since it had a lot of dust and hair in it. I thought the prices were a tad on the high side compared to what I found online. But, being a family owned, local business, I didn't mind paying. Especially since the turnaround time was so quick. I highly recommend.

I would give 10 stars if I could. Not only did LMC fix my hardware issue with my screen going black (and other repair shop couldn't figure it out), provided a suggestion to make my computer run faster (without being pushy and price gouging me) but they fixed my software issues also. The responses pertaining to the fixes were detailed and easy to understand, the price for the work completed was extremely fair, the turnaround time was fast, and the service from the owners was professional and kind. I would recommend LMC to everyone. They know their stuff!

If you ever need computer repair services look no further! Michael the owner knew I was in a jam and I needed my laptop repaired sooner than later. Unfortunately, the part that was needed wouldn't be available for at least 7 to 14 days. Michael went above and beyond my expectations by making a temporary fix so that I can use my laptop until the part arrived.
I decided to live with the temporary fix for now as I am buying a new laptop in a couple of months and rather invest in a newer laptop than the completed repair. Lake Mary and surrounding cities, I highly recommend this shop for all your computers needs. KUDOS #LakeMaryComputers

After a bad Windows update, my desktop computer's sound stopped working and wouldn't go into sleep mode. I dropped it off in the evening and it was ready by the next afternoon. Mike did a great job to get everything working, serviced it timely, and the price is affordable. Lake Mary Computers will be our new shop for service. Thanks Mike!

After I mistakenly cut into a monitor power cord, I called Lake Mary Computers to see it could be salvaged before spending $100 for a new one. They walked me through the repair over the phone and even tested it free of charge before I plugged it back into the monitor. They will definitely be my first choice when I have another computer issue in the future.

Lake Mary Computers did an awesome job at getting my computer restored, I had gone to another local repair shop and they had no clue what to do other than re-image the hard drive which I wasn't about to do. Lake Mary computers took the time to research what was going on and made the necessary repairs at a very reasonable price and they were fast, they had the computer for 2 1/2 days and made repairs while the other shop had it for a week and a half and made no progress. I will be back in the future.

Messed up my SD card with all our vacation pics and videos on it. Took it to Lake Mary Computers who explained what I did wrong and said they could try to recover but there wasn’t a guarantee. They were successful in recovering all the pics and videos. I’m forever thankful! Will continue to use Lake Mary Computers for our needs. Thank you!

I would highly suggest you visit Lake Mary Computers for all your computer repair needs. I was having trouble with a browser issue and looked online for a local servicer. Went to LCM and was taken care of immediately with the problem fixed in a few minutes. I was so happy I didn't go to one of those big box stores and instead selected a local, community-based business!
