We have several small offices, one of which is located in Simi Valley, CA. This morning our one drive was not sharing correctly with a new employee. We called gold coast computer and scheduled a 1pm appt. The technician arrived on time and was very friendly. He was able to get the problem resolved quickly and also made several suggestions for our data storage. Excellent customer service from this company, highly recommended.

Yesterday afternoon our wireless network went down in the office, we were unable to get any work done and basically the entire day was going to be wasted. Upon the recommendation of our accountant, we called Gold Coast computer services and scheduled an appointment for them to come out later that afternoon. They are very patient in explaining what the cause of problems and and will seek and recommend the best solutions. The pricing of their services is better than competitors and if there are changes or updates that will make your companies IT more reliable/secure they make you aware of them and install them according to what your decision is.
