I called 2 weeks ago lady said the guys was busy and could call me back in a few. not sure if she ment minutes or weeks if you read this I haven't turned my ringer off. I'm still waiting

I was tired over the years in relying on PC's, from eBay, Best Buy, etc, compromising on hardware builds, shipping delays and defective components. Decided to call these guys, since for one they were local. I was impressed with John's experience and knowledge, he asked all the right questions on how I use it and came up with a custom build that is very impressive. Exceeded my expectations! Critical:Professionalism Christian company?! Professional and secure?! Question their practices to just not know what they know is going on.it's not ethical or moral - nothing Christian occurred when late husbands company foolishly hired this company.

John rescued my gaming PC from water damage and were kind and communicative through out the process. He went above and beyond to find a replacement part that worked for my machine and matched the aesthetics. 100% satisfied customer!

I am a senior citizen and this is the second time I have used John. Both times he listened and solved my problems. I'm sure I will use him again.

I purchased an expensive custom built PC from a third party and it arrived non-functional. After being unable to get help from the original vendor, I called John who was responsive and professional. He diagnosed the issue and gave me options on how to repair it, unfortunately they were out of my price range at this time which I mentioned to him. He charges $49.99 for consultation, but was kind enough to not charge me for the diagnostic. If/when I need PC repair in the future, I'll definitely use JPC.

Had wonderful same day service. John had my computer fixed quickly and at a reasonable price. I will definitely be back for any future needs. I will also be referring everyone I know to him. So happy with the service.

My kid dropped our touch screen flip laptop. The screen was cracked and the hard drive was messed up. After a week they called me and let me know the screen had showed up but it was cracked when they got it. So they ordered a new one right away. Got it all working. When I picked up it seemed to be running slow. So he kept it one more day to make sure it was 100%.

I got a new drive installed at no extra charge and now its running like brand new. I felt like they actually cared and didn't just send me away. Will be bringing my older laptop in as well for a "tune up."

Finally my laptop is working great! I had a very good experience with John's PC when I brought my not very good HP laptop (that I didn't want to give up) and my son's Apple laptop. They were amazing. The decisions were explained in a way I could understand and their integrity was exceptional. They could have told me our laptops absolutely needed to be replaced (and they probably should be) but we aren't ready and they helped up tremendously. I'm very grateful to have had such a great experience.

Called by PleaseFixIt people referred me. So I talked to dude just to get a general idea on how long he'd need my PC for. (I work from home so I use this PC.) He kept hammering me to tell him what was wrong, kept interrupting me when I was just trying to give him a background. That shit was annoying. He was so damn condescending that just left a bad taste in my mouth. Maybe he needs to configure his people skills. There was no need to be snarky when I'm trying to get you business.

From the very first interaction on the phone, I was impressed and grateful for the patience and understanding demonstrated by the staff. I am not adept with technological issues. John was professional, very skilled, kind and explained things carefully. I will definitely call them back should any other issues arise.

My computer was overheating for quite a while and I decided that I should go get it fixed. I went to this place as it had very good reviews. The reviews didn't lie: John was excellent. The service was great, fast, and inexpensive. I will definitely use them again for any future computer repairs.

On their website, it says they offer a free diagnostics to figure out what's wrong with your pc. I brought in my pc and they figured out that the power supply was bad, great. So I bought a new PSU from them (Which was overpriced by about $20 or more). I specifically said I wanted to install it myself so I didn't have to pay the $75/h service charge.

After I picked it up, they charged me the $75 anyways and I had to put everything in myself. I called and complained and the receptionist said they would "Get back to me", but they never did. Overall, I'm sure that they are knowledgeable and will fix your issue. The problem here is that they are very expensive and looking to squeeze all the cash that they can from their customers.

I would highly recommend. I brought my Mac in that wasn't charging and they took the time to diagnosis the issue and ordered a part that was causing the problem and expedited shipping as I was on a time line. Sad news the Mac couldn't be fixed as I live in a high humidity salt air environment, The took the time to educate me on how to maintain my new Mac in this environment, will be sure to use them to maintain my new Mac, and no charge. Thanks I will definitely bring any issue to you in the future

I dropped my phone and cracked my screen on Saturday. This guy came to my home on Tuesday and fixed it in minutes. Great Service, nice guy, and very fast. THANK YOU!.plus, you might have the coolest belt I have ever seen

John and Chris are the most knowlegable computer people I have met over the 20 years I have been gaming and using computers at work. You will get a build that lasts and has the best components. You can probably save a few dollars with lesser parts and a lesser build but you will pay for it in the long run. My current PC has been running non-stop for 3 years. I just took it in for a video upgrade and all components were still strong. I have not had one glitch or hiccup with this PC.

I had a gaming laptop built by them close to a year ago-wanted a custom job because of the issues that some of the name-brand gaming laptops have. Didn't post a review right away because I wanted to see how to laptop would work over time and with some heavy use. Anyway, the computer has performed extremely well and I would absolutely recommend them if you need a pc built and don't have the time/inclination to do it yourself.

After an initial conversation that seemed very positive, I left a PC with John's PC to clone the hard drive in it as a backup, nothing more. Over the next few weeks I got one excuse after another about why it wasn't done yet. I finally gave them a deadline and said I absolutely had to have it back. They said I could pick it up then. When my wife picked it up for me, they simply gave it to her and never commented on what had been done.

There was no backup hard disk; only the one I had originally brought them. The next day I returned the PC to my customer to re-install on their lab instrument. After I installed it, I went to turn it on, and it wouldn't even boot to the BIOS. I started to diagnose, and found that it would boot to the BIOS if I removed the hard drive. That's when I discovered that not only had they NOT backed up the hard drive as I requested, they actually used the wrong screws to reinstall the drive and thereby shorted out the hard drive circuit board, destroying the drive completely.

It was a mistake on their part that cost me a great deal of time and money to get my customer back in operation. I called John's PC several times to discuss it with them, but they never called me back. They have permanently lost me as a customer.

My laptop screen went black. I brought the laptop to them with no appointment. They opened it up, figured out the problem, made a few housekeeping repairs, cleaned the inside and outside and got it running. Its a 7 year old laptop with my business QuickBooks on it so really happy. Price was very reasonable. May even have them build me a laptop.

John is certified in so many product lines. I've been working with him for about 10 years. They offer a great customer service and great work in both software and hardware. They really know what they do, they know their business.

They do good work and my experience has always been that true to their tag line, my computers were fixed right the first time. The owner can be a bit condescending and returning calls telephone inquiries is definitely not his strong suit. Prices are reasonable *unless* he apparently doesn't want to or can't do the work then he highballs you. That led me to find other sources. Since I switched to Linux I don't have as many computer problems that need a tech.

They are friendly, knowledgable, and very creative with their soloutions.

John PC Configurations helped me recover from a failing network. John determined that the hard drives in the server were failing and causing user profiles to become corrupt upon login. New hard drives would be necessary, requiring a complete network shutdown in my case. He advised I should upgrade Windows Server OS and SQL, since my present versions would soon be outdated.

It was a good suggestion that would save time and effort in the long run.

Realizing how downtime would hurt our business, John and Chris rebuilt the servers, working through the night and brought them back the following morning. They stayed throughout the day late into the evening helping to install application software, configure workstations and printers.

They treated downtime as if it were their own business. I really appreciate the intense effort given on their part to get us back up and running in a timely manner. They are very knowledgeable. Their technical skills and ability to trouble shoot problems reflect years and years of experience, something that seems increasingly more difficult to find these days.

Since recovering from that disaster John PC Configuration continued to guide me through additional network upgrades, transition to Windows 10, and network security planning. The network is healthy and secure now. Upon purchasing new hardware or software I seek their opinion and expertise. They put effort into understanding my need, research and offer advice, insuring a solution that is a good fit for our business.

There is a difference between selling to someone and helping them. Money is too often the motivation for the first. John PC Configuration truly strives to help their customers with solutions that make sense, are a good fit and in the customer’s best interest. I initially contacted John PC Configuration when the IT specialist whom had supported our business for several years was unable to help.

Even another IT support person was unable to determine the problem and had little idea how to proceed, inspiring little confidence. John PC Configuration came through for me, and helped to overcome problems that had stemmed from poor technical implementation and advice in the past.

I've been getting my computer work done by John and Chris for more than eight years. They built my computer over six years ago and have had zero problems with that weren't my own fault. It will still out perform most computers on the market today. Their products are quality and the service is always outstanding.
