Professional and knowledgeable. Quick turnaround time. Their soldering service saved me from having to do a much more expensive repair.

The person behind the Google Maps messaging account brushed me off for politely inquiring why exactly it'd cost $125 to replace a faulty Mosfet chip on an Xbox One S motherboard saying, "Feel free to shop elsewhere, " rudely and completely ignoring my question. I apologized stating that I wasn't implying I was going to shop elsewhere and that I knew what tools are required for the repair but that I didn't feel comfortable doing it myself without experience and that the alternative would be servicing the console with Microsoft for $180 (and a long wait) which I didn't have.

They only responded after I had to apologize for asking a valid question by saying that there could be more than just a faulty Mosfet(s) and then giving the excuse that they have to pay bills and wages for a specialist service. They also said that they "Don't even think" any other nearby locations (from their location, NOT mine) except Videogame Heaven (the one in Norfolk) could do the repair for $280.

I replied saying that I understand they have bills and people to pay but that I was simply just asking why they'd charge $125 for such a small repair. I also said that I'd ask Videogame Heaven about their price to see if it would actually be $280 (with a question on their Business Profile) because I was just looking for an affordable repair option within my budget and again they brushed me off, completely ignoring my message by not responding.

I went and messaged TechFix about it while waiting for an answer from Videogame Heaven and they gave me an estimate of $35 for a deposit to attempt a repair and an additional $50 or so if the repair was successful, All in just an exchange of 4 messages. I just don't understand why I was treated this way for asking a completely reasonable question despite being polite to them throughout the entire conversation.

I'm a retro gamer and collect lots of rare older game systems and games. After much searching I came across this electronic shop and was pleasantly surprised to see they work on things that other shops refuse to. I called the store and was greeted over-the-phone kindly by the store owner when calling and was reassured quickly that my overheating fat Playstation 3 could be fixed.

After talking with the owner about options and what I plan to do, the owner was very communicative in explaining all processes, diagnostic fees and any additional cost for parts and other items I may need. In addition to how busy they were and the estimated time it would take to diagnose and repair. My PlayStation 3 was brought in for an overheating issue.

Just under two weeks later it was repaired and I was able to pick it up. it worked fine when I got home, however the Blu-ray drive started to malfunction, which it didn't when I previously brought it in. So I called the store and they reassured me that everything will be okay and to bring it in and they will promptly get it fixed. For whatever reason my Blu-ray drive malfunctioned on my PS3, however they quickly resolve the issue and called me a day later after the repair was complete on the drive.

I drove over and picked up my system and since then I have been playing it for about a week now and everything seems to be in excellent working order. It is running nice and cool and with no disc drive errors when loading games or Blu-Rays whatsoever. I'm thoroughly impressed from top to bottom with this business! Also the owner may not talk much or seem very personable at first so don't be discouraged if this is the case.

After all, you're not at his business to make friends lol. And with that in mind, when talking with the owner or any of their other fine and highly-skilled tec's, trust and realize that they know what they're doing and that they know what they're talking about. so you can rest assured that you're in good hands. As they will certainly help you out with the best options to repair whatever your electronic needs are within your budget. I can't recommend this electronic shop enough! A+, 5 stars :

The guy that is running it helped use out a lot and he was very nice and we will be going back to him agine very soon and he sales things too.

Dropped my monitor off here and with a week it was fully repaired and at a fair price compared to other places I check, the manager(I'm assuming) was very nice. Definitely recommend!

This place is absolutely amazing and I am so glad my wife found it for me. I am a backyard astronomer, and my very favorite computerized "go-to" telescope mount got an intermittent electronic problem that rendered it unusable. I took it to a "so called" specialized repair shop, where they refused to even open it up to be diagnosed. When my wife found "Electronic Overhaul", I was very sceptical, but decided to take the 25 miles drive anyway. Well, I am so thankful!

The service was fantastic and the price honest. This man did a great job and, only thanks to him (and my wife) will I be able to keep using my favorite telescope mount for, I believe, many more years.

It takes a lot for me to write a review, but in this case it is deserved. My MacBook Pro got water in it and would no longer turn on or charge. I called Apple Customer Service and was told the computer can not be fixed and everything is lost with no way of retrieving it. I was devastated. I called Adam and he said bring it in and he will look at it.

Less than 24hrs later, he called and said he fixed it and upgraded the software as well. As a Medical Researcher, to be told everything is lost was hard to swallow. I can not thank Adam enough for what he did at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend that anyone with computer or phone issues to take it here and let Adam fix it.

Easy to communicate with. Battery arrived quickly and was installed in 20 min. Price was the best offered.

Had our son and daughter's Samsung Galaxy and Apple iPhone cracked phone screens replaced here fairly quick. They even had the parts already in stock. After this, we decided to get the family Dell computer repaired that was running really slow. That took less than a couple days and now runs much faster with a new drive. Store was nice and clean.

Could not ask for a better experience than that which Adam provides. Top notch.

Bought an iPhone 7 from here, upgraded my iPad Pro to a larger size, and also got a battery installed in my watch. The prices were reasonable, and Adam was very accommodating in helping me transfer my data to the new iPhone and iPad. As a first time customer, I am very happy with the service, and I’ll definitely recommend them in the future.

Customer service was great over the phone and in person. He was able to repair my Samsung S3 charge port that other places couldn’t do. The fix was done in less than an hour. I’ll be coming back if I need anything else done.

My son broke a key off of his laptop, which he needs for college. I took the laptop to the big box stores and their repair techs said that they couldn't do anything with it and recommended that I mail the laptop back to Dell. I then found Electronics Overhaul and Adam had a straightforward solution to the problem and a very fair price. Adam ordered the necessary part, promptly called me when the part arrived, and performed an expert repair. My son's high end laptop is as good as new.
