Steve and Katherine truly excel. When my 13-year-old Windows desktop crashed following a Windows update, they stepped in heroically. Despite receiving it after 6 p.m. on a Thursday evening, they swiftly diagnosed the issue and presented me with options by the next afternoon. Opting for data recovery, I was provided with a thumb drive on a Saturday night after 8, containing all my crucial data, including QB files. By Sunday, I was back up and running smoothly. While I'm unsure of their full range of computer services, I can attest to their prompt phone responses, quick and honest text replies, willingness to listen attentively, and sincere efforts to accommodate my schedule. They're simply good people.

Great service and fair price! Took one day to check all components and let me know what was working and what wasn't. Even gave me some pricing and advice on selling the parts when I decided not to replace the motherboard. They have a great system in place to stay safe during the pandemic, too.
