10/10 would definitely recommend NEPA Geeks. I took my MacBook there for heating issues, loud fans, and a draining battery. They took it in and got it back to me within a day. Customer service was excellent, quick turnaround time, extremely reasonable price, definitely worth it. I have been using my laptop for a few days now since and I definitely notice a difference. They are great!

This is my second time dealing with NEPA Geeks (for 2 different computers). Both times Jason was able to fix my computer quickly and for a very reasonable cost. I had a setting wrong when I got home so he was able to logon remotely and solved my problem in less than 30 seconds! Very friendly folks and they provide an excellent service! I would DEFINITELY recommend them for any computer issues! A+++++

Jason and his team performed well in the failed fusion drive diagnosis and installation of a new SSD in one of our iMacs. NEPA Geeks kept us up to date with progress on this issue and performed all work professionally at a very reasonable price point. It may now be performing at a level which is better than new.

Needed son's gaming computer fixed when out of nowhere it would not boot up. NEPA Geeks were recommend by a co-worker and I will now never go anywhere else. They diagnosed the problem within hours, kept in contact via text message system and in person. Had replacement part in stock and entire system fix and returned in less than 36 hours. Service and price beat area "big box store". Highly recommend.

I had an issue with my 11 year old Mac Pro which rendered it inoperable and requiring service. I contacted NEPA Geeks and made an appointment to have my computer looked at. The NEPA Geeks quickly diagnosed my problem, ordered the necessary part and had it repaired as soon as they received the part. The best part is the price was very reasonable. I can't say enough good thinks about NEPA Geeks and I highly recommend them!

After getting the run around from another "popular" local computer repair shop, I contacted Jason out of frustration. I brought my laptop to him that day and he had it back up and running better than ever in 2 days! The excellent customer service, turnaround time and the price were all exceptional! NEPA geeks was prompt and professional when I had work done to my sons gaming computer. After bringing the computer home I had a small issue (my fault) because I had a plug placed in the wrong port. Their phones were down and they went above and beyond to communicate with me via text message to solve the problem! All of my future computer work will be done by NEPA geeks!

I have hired NEPA Geeks on several occasions now and the service has always exceeded my expectations. A recent drive failure prompted me to bring my desktop tower in for repair. The staff was courteous and professional and they were able to salvage my data and install a new harf drive for an affordable price within a very reasonable time frame. My son cracked the screen on his LG G2. Called all over the place and NEPA Geeks was the only repair shop that would fix it. They ordered the part and I got a call in only a few days that the part had arrived. Stopped down today (Saturday) to have it fixed. Got some good recommendations for restaurants to have lunch while we waited. In less than an hour we got a call that it was ready!
