Great experience! As a business owner the computer is very essential. We were having issues that we could not figure out even via phone tech support. This was a great company to go to for my needs when my computer screen cracked and started acting up. Zack was very helpful, offered to come pick up my broken item and even dropped it off when it was completed. His pricing is way better than most of these other places, and he is reasonable. He kept in contact with me throughout the process and let me know when certain changes in timing or shipment popped up. I would recommend him to anyone.
