I just graduated from Shared Knowledge's Social Media Academy. Jerry does a Great job at presenting the material which allows you to understand how social media works and all the things it can do for you and your business. You can take it in person and/or watch it live on facebook. I especially liked the fact that you can go back to review the video. I would highly recommend this to any individual or small business.

This company by far is the best out there. Their team is outstanding at solving your tech issues. They are also friendly and trustworthy. They don't try to scam you out of your hard earned money. They are fair with prices and will work with you to solve any issues you have.. They respond quickly and always keep the customers informed with the workload and issues your having... Fast, friendly, and very reliable.
Also I may add that this business has been up and running since 2005 or 2006. I have never once heard or had a bad comment or complaint about the staff or their company. So please anytime you need help with your computer, laptop, desktop, etc. etc. etc. give them a call and within minutes you will start to feel at ease and before you know it. I recently had an issue with my laptop where the hard drive failed due to a software issue. Although they were not able to repair the issue, they were able to retrieve all of my data. I was very impressed with their prompt service and price. I was able to reinstall all of my data on my new laptop. I highly recommend them for your computer needs.

Shared Knowledge is the BEST as far as I am concerned! I have been working with Jerry, its owner, as my computer "guru" for about seven years now, and he ALWAYS takes care of my needs expeditiously, courteously and completely, even down to the minute details! He is also very good at training and a welcome personality and joy to work with! So I wouldn't be happy with another computer company - besides. I am too in love with SKTS's Little Green Man!

I received a letter from the state wanting my taxes from several years back. They were on the laptop that only showed a scary blue screen with all kinds of errors when it was booted up. Took it to Shared Knowledge based on some recommendations of friends I trust. They handled my problem, got me all my data from the laptop for a reasonable price. Then were honest when I asked if it were worth the time and money to try to get the laptop running, and said it wasn't. I will definitely use them again.

My PC hard drive died due to a mechanical problem. I called Shared Knowledge Tech Solutions based upon on-line reviews, and I now concur with those reviews. They quickly responded and analyzed the problem and then installed a new drive using my "restore" disks without delay. They then restored the machine back to where it was before the crash, using my external backup drive.
They kept me fully informed of the status during this process and I don't think I lost any of my docs & photos. They also offered good advice to avoid future problems. The price for this work was certainly reasonable. I was very impressed with Jerry & Scott and highly recommend their company! If I have another computer problem, I will definitely use their services.

I have used Shared Knowledge several times over the years and have never been disappointed. Scott did a Wellness Check and Malware removal on my PC yesterday and was on time, very courteous and friendly and gave very helpful advice on how to protect my computer from viruses,etc. I would not hesitate to call

Mr. Hickman literally saved my day... my week! I run a small business and use my computer for EVERYTHING.
