Had issues with my laptop, only needed a simple reinstallation of windows 8.1 and somehow my data was all lost which promised would not happen, not only that it also fried my hard drive making me have to buy another hard drive. Pretty nice people, and I hate this happened. The price was average, but now spending much much more than i originally needed to and also waiting 3 weeks for my system to be returned. Do not really recommend these guys.
