He served as Technology Coordinator at the West Virginia Wood Technology Center in Elkins West Virginia where he wrote and managed a $240K Federal Grant to develop workforce training and distance learning technologies including a state of the art videoconferencing system still in use weekly by West Virginia University and local business to deliver educational and business conferences around the world.
