Brought my laptop in and they fixed what they were supposed too, but they broke the back motherboard in the process. Would not recommend, go somewhere else!

Worked with Lexi and Price regarding my 3rd party imported laptop, they were great on updates, information and it ultimately wasn't worth the price of the parts needed to import. Will definitely be back if any issues on my newer laptop

Lexi and Price at ACR definitely deserve five stars! I had to decide between upgrading my laptop or buying a new computer, while staying on a very tight budget. They never once pushed me to spend more money. We just talked about the cost of doing one or the other, and the pros and cons. In fact, they made suggestions that actually saved money. They are honest, friendly people with an old fashioned commitment to service that you just don't get at the big box stores where the sales people barely know anything. I have no problem recommending ACR.

Came here with my dad because he was picking up a computer he'd had worked on (which he was totally pleased with btw). I was looking around and saw they had Arduino/Maker type stuff here. Wound up buying several sensors that I had been looking at ordering and they were well priced. There aren't many places around that I can get that kind of thing from, at least not that I'm aware of.

Thank you to Affordable Computer Repair. When other companies told me I was better off getting a new MAC Laptop, they addressed my needs an repaired the 17 Mac Book Pro for a reasonable cost. I strongly recommend you give them an opportunity to help with any computer issues you might have.

Critical:Professionalism, Responsiveness Dropped off two computers at the South location expecting follow-up of status of computers. Only to get excuses and a unprofessional rude person to pick up phone. Praying nothing extra has been caused by them. Now I have to take my computers elsewhere. Horrible customer experience.

Really great service. They quickly fixed a Wi-Fi driver problem on my laptop, made sure I had the latest driver installed, and showed me how to fix the problem myself if I have the problem again. I highly recommend this shop, it's worth a drive across town to be confident they'll get the job done right.

I went and had my computer cleaned out. And we agreed on the price of 120 dollars. Sure no issue there. I pick up my PC desktop which is brought to me wrapped up in garbage bags. And I can feel there's something wrong. It didn't have the sides installed. So I had to ask for them and some screws so I can put them on myself.

I am new here to Oklahoma and I was told to come to this place because they offer the best service to fix my laptop for school. They kept my computer for several weeks and my computer was never diagnosed and I was never given a call about the update of the process. This place is very unprofessional the owner argued with me over the phone about me picking up my laptop that never was looked at after several weeks. Worse computer repair place I've ever been to if I could have rated zero stars that will be it.

Was trying to find someone in the area who could help fix my laptop in a quick manner due to moving. I spoke to one of the owners about what was going on and brought it in the next day. It is a sightly older model laptop but updated with windows 10. Let him know circumstances as to why I needed it done quickly and he worked with me on how much it will be and when.

He stated it would be about a couple days and sure enough I got the call that it was ready to be picked up. They were able to restore it and even get it faster then how it originally was. They seem super down to earth and I definitely would recommend going to them to get your repairs done.

I brought in a laptop that needed a new screen. It was done in a timely manner when a lot of other places wanted to keep it for weeks. They did a wonderful job! Next time I have an issue I will be going there for sure. Staff was friendly also.

Good enough when we dropped it off. Much harder to get someone when we picked it up. Wanted more for repairs than the laptop was worth. Guess that's what happens when your motherboard fries.

Charged me $120, and did not fix my pc. He did not update my BIOS like I asked, and lied about it. I had to learn how to do it myself after getting my pc back. He told me my brand new HDD was broken (after I inspected it, I learned that it was completely fine). He then wiped it after I specifically told him that it was my backup drive. I lost all of my files.

He also stole my SATA cable. Reply: Regardless if I havent told you that im unhappy with my service or not, this shouldn't be the baseline service a repair shop should provide(especially for that pricepoint). A customer shouldnt have to tell you this in order to get proper service after the fact. This is a review that I am utilizing to its intended purpose.

This is just the experience I had. After some thinking I would like to apologize about the term "stole". I understand that things can go missing in a workspace and take back that statement. Im sure it was just an accident, and as far as friendliness in-store, they were great.

I had a very nice discussion with them and would definitely recommend this shop for all your computer needs.

I took a computer in to be fixed. I was told that the problem was most likely the motherboard, and was quoted for $60 plus the price of the motherboard. What a ridiculous lie. After a few weeks, he contacts me and tells me that I will need to pay him $400. The motherboard could be easily found for a good $99. In fairness, he did weasel me into buying an extra part.

The part only cost $40, and he said the work was free. After a month of fighting, he finally did "his best", and dropped the price to $350. The best part? The computer wasn't even properly assembled. The work that he does is amateur at best, the pricing is ridiculous, he is a liar, and a scam artist, and you will have to fight him every step of the way if you want a decent price.

Do not, under any circumstances, go to this store. Even if you just want to waste a few hundred bucks, it'd be more worthwhile to just light it on fire. At least that will give you something, unlike this place.

Recently got thermal paste on my CPU pins. They got it cleaned up for me for a very cheap price.

It's a rare thing to have awesome customer service nowadays. It's almost like it's a forgotten thing of the past, but Price and the rest of the team prove that wrong! Great service, fair pricing, and very inviting to do business with. I'll be a return customer for anything I need that you provide.

I can't say enough about Eli and this repair shop. My wife's laptop would not take a charge, and she was almost finished writing a paper for a college class when it died. We had first tried Best Buy. They made sure that our charger cord wasn't bad, but that is where their troubleshooting knowledge ended. They wanted to send it off somewhere, get a quote for repair, have it repaired, then ship it back to us.

They do absolutely nothing in house. So.. we left there frustrated. On our drive back home we found Affordable. We stopped in and Eli checked the cord, fiddled here and there and the laptop was up and running literally in minutes. He also restored my wife's paper, then sent us on our way. Turns out, all it needed was a "battery reset". I highly recommend this business to anyone needing quick and affordable computer repair, Windows or MAC!

Yelpers, when looking for a business recommendation, use the map feature and not the listings. Business are charged an unholy amount of money monthly to appear in the listings, but everyone that has been reviewed appears on the map.

Was having problems with my computer. Running slow, lots of pop ups even though they were turned off. Price has it running great now. Runs better than it ever has. If needed I will definitely use him again and will recommend him to friends. He is an outstanding young man and cares about doing it right.

I cannot remember the mans name that helped me. I believe he was the owner, but he talked to you like a friend. Was very cheap and did a great job. Would recommend this business to anyone, That man has knowledge of electronics.

I recently used Affordable Computer Repair to help set up a new laptop. Programs were transferred from my old desk top computer to the laptop. Price did an outstanding job. He is very knowledgeable and thorough in his work. His main concern is to work with his client and make sure everything is done and completed to the satisfaction of the client.

He also set up the scanner on my copier which will make my job much easier. I would highly recommend him to anyone who has computer issues. He knows what he is doing and I will always contact him first in the future for any computer needs.

I had major problems with my computer and wasn't able to get on line. I called Mr. Cunningham about 11:00 AM. As soon as he finished the job he was on, he came to my house. He worked on my computer for about three hours. Almost all the time was spent cleaning by computer of junk and viruses. He was able to get me back on line right away. He gave me lots of advice about services to help me protect my files and my computer.

He was a pleasant, agreeable person, and never put me down because of my really bad ignorance about computers, but rather helped me understand a lot to help me in the future. His charge was, I think, very reasonable. I give him the best of recommendations.

I had a nasty virus on my computer and Price was able to get rid of it. He also came to my house and helped me get my data backed up, stereo fixed and laptop connected. I'm really pleased with Affordable Computer Repair and would highly recommend them.

The owner figured out my problem quickly, gave me a very fair price, and had my computer back within a day!! Really great work. I will refer this company to others, and will be back myself, if there are any futuristic issues.

Price has been working on our computers for several years now and we wouldn't consider using anyone else. He is very knowledgeable and pleasant to have around our office or private homes. He met me at my business the day after Christmas to fix two computers so we wouldn't be down a computer during work hours. Highly recommend!
