I called Matthew at Logicom when I got my new laptop. He came to my home and transferred all my prized pictures, documents, and bookmarks from my old laptop. He set up anti-virus, disc cleaning, and other important applications to keep my laptop running well. I have used Logicom in the past and will definitely use them in the future. Prompt, courteous service!

I contracted Matthew to build a computer for me and from the day he delivered it, it would not back up my files. As he also works a full time job I patiently waited for him to correct this issue. and waited - and waited - and waited. I then paid him to come and work on the computer he built and another computer. The primary issue was to correct the back up issue. It has been months. He no longer accepts my phone calls or responds to my email. He has simply hung me out to dry. Do NOT use his services as he is not reliable
