Scott did a great job evaluating my computer and updating everything so it was transformed from a frustrating slowpoke to a speed demon. He also did a great job setting up and networking my wireless color printer, which was a task that definitely was beyond my pay grade. He is knowledgeable and friendly and a pleasure to do business with. I would recommend him to anyone who needs computer work done quickly, efficiently and at a reasonable cost.

I have been using Rockland County Computer Services now for several years. Scott is very pleasant, but more than that he really perseveres until solutions are found to whatever problems have come up with my computer. I have utmost trust in his judgment and recommendations for repairs. More importantly, his charges are reasonable. I would not use any other computer service in the County! I highly recommend him!

My custom built computer completely stopped working. It kept looping on start up. I was ready to send it back to the manufacturer. Right before I did, a friend recommended that I contact Scott, and he was able to come to my home within a half an hour. Within minutes (less than 10!) he figured out the problem which had eluded me, my roommate, and the manufacturer of the computer!
Instead of having to pack up my computer and send it back to the factory only to wait weeks for the computer to be returned, Scott was able to fix it on-site immediately. Words can't describe how thankful I am. If you have any computer issues or need a new computer

I have been having a series of very frustrating issues with my HP lap top. I've been to Staples, Geek Squad, P C Richards, everyone of them have contributed to my frustration and did not solve the issues. I found Scot at Rockland County Computer Services and in one day he solved the issues, returned my computer as if it were brand new and working better then it ever has. Scott, is knowledgeable, professional, customer oriented (he listens) and his rates are reasonable and fair. Very glad to have found him and highly recommend him.

I've been having issues turning on my computer for quite awhile. I really didn't want to buy a new computer so I started searching for a computer repair company. Upon my search I read the reviews for Rockland County Comp. Services, so I gave them a called. I set-up an appt for that day and within a few hours, Scott was at my house to diagnose the problem my computer was having.
He took my computer with him, so that he could fix it at his office. And after a few days he brought it back working perfectly. Now my computer is working better than ever, it's as if I have a brand new computer. I would definitely recommend this company if you're computer is ever having any problems. Scott was very professional and he knew exactly what he was doing. The service was awesome and I'm glad I made the call. I wish I could give this company 10 stars.

This service was excellent, and Scott's skills and customer service get my highest recommendation. He was able to pick up my computer, diagnose the issue, and make suggestions on how to proceed without any delay. I decided the repair was not worth it, so he aided me in selecting and acquiring a new laptop (at an excellent price). In addition to that, he transferred all files and programs, as well as the "feel" of my old laptop in terms of ease of navigation and look. If you have a problem with your computer, Scott will save you time and money. I plan on using this service again in the future.

It was not some Guy on the Phone who Spoke every other Language but English, No it was a Personal Experience that was down the line awesome.
