We offer two options for remote support: single sessions and a monthly support plan.

With single sessions, our standard charges apply; however, there are never travel charges with remote services. So, it's a savings to you! If you subscribe to our monthly support plan, you gain a range of fantastic benefits including:

The cost of the support plan is a $39. 95 Set-Up Fee + $9. 95/month (per computer) . The set-up fee covers the cost of the software license required in order to provide this service to you.
