Daniel with Yourcomputertek came to our offices after maleware afrected our accounts server. We were unable to to business. Daniel arrived and triaged our system. After determining the infection of maleware Daniel began working on our system. When the infection was found to be inside several of our backups Daniel stayed throughout the night until morning.
When we arrived this morning all our systems were back online and we were able to conduct business. We are very grateful to Yourcomputertek and technician Daniel for working so hard for our business. They are highly recommend.

Needed to update our terminals and workstations from Windows 7 to Windows 10 to comply with corporate demands. Technician Daniel came and over the course of this week our systems in place with the newest Windows 10 operating system. The machines are correctly configured with our servers and printers. Any migration problems our users (180) experienced are resolved.
We've moved to Office 365 and all of our data was migrated from the old machines to the web based Office platform. We greatly appreciate all the hard work and diligence to assist our company in this transition. Very knowledgeable and a delight to have in our offices to offer us exposure to the new operating system, it's features and educate us.
