I have used 1010 Computers for just about two years and they have always been so very courteous and helpful. I had a minor issue with my computer and all was needed was for the computer to be blown out to remove dust particles. They did it for free and was very quick. When I had issue with another computer they were very thorough in their researching of the problem and gave me a detailed report of their findings and the requirements needed to fix it. They kept me informed at all times and again, acted very quick. Awesome service!

For more than five years now I have used 1010Computers for repairs, software issues and up grades, hardware problems and a source for a new laptop and desktop. They have always been and continue to be very professional and knowledgeable. Their service is timely with great communication to let me know what they have found and what the can be done to fix and improve the situation.
For me they have always had outstanding customer service and reasonable prices In my opinion they are am "A" player who on more than one occasion has gone the extra mile to fix the problem and/or help me with the new hardware.

My computer was shutting down randomly without notice for about a week and it was starting to get real annoying to me. So that's when I started searching online for computer repairs; 1010 computers was one of the first ones I ran into. I called them right off the bat, which I don't normally do, I usually read reviews, do comparison, etc..,first, but this occasion I didn't.
I just liked the way their website was set up; very user friendly, prices straight forward. I called and went over right away. The guy that helped me were very professional, he took care of me right away, I brought my computer in on June 2, got it back on June 11th. They cleaned it up for me, backed up my data, and installed a new battery. Now my computer is running like a brand new computer.

Wonderful, wonderful customer service! I got my computer fixed way faster than I expected and at a great price. Mrs. Brandi was amazing at keeping in touch with me about what they found wrong with my computer, what they could do to fix it, and prices along the way. I am now a customer for life! I will recommend them to everyone I know! Thank y’all so much again

Rarely do you get this kind of service anymore! I have used 1010Computers in McDonough, GA twice, once for a desktop and once for a laptop, and have been extremely pleased both times. They do an amazing job on repairs, are very upfront about the cost (which is very reasonable), and provide the best customer service I have seen anywhere in years. I would especially like to thank Brandi who took care of me both times I came.
