We implement several different methods in the diagnosis of hardware and software issues. With many hardware issues we can determine the needs of a client over the phone in a very short time. However, software issues concerning a virus, malware/spyware, can prove a bit more difficult as well as time consuming depending on what type of malware has embedded itself in your system.

Once the diagnosis is complete, we will let you know immediately what the problem is and no work will be done until you give the go ahead. We will also upgrade any hardware or software at your request. However, I may make a recommendation to upgrade depending on the age and productivity of a machine, installed memory, and overall usage. Should you desire, we can custom build and warranty a new server, desktop, workstation, gaming or home theater PC to your specifications. Please note that although we can provide any necessary hardware or software, we do not stock any in house. I make no recommendations just to move inventory.
