I phoned about troubles with my 2017 Microsoft Surface Pro. Kristin shared with me the realities about the surface Pro and how Microsoft has made it very difficult for anyone other than themselves to do any maintenance on them. She also gave me several recommendations about how I might proceed, all for free. I appreciated her professionalism and willingness to help.

I was visiting St. Simons and had some important Zoom calls scheduled. Yet - I had technical issues with my PC and Zoom. PC by the Sea was able to very quickly resolve my problem for a very reasonable amount.
