Dropped my 3 yr old lap top. Not far but far enough. Jack stopped by and determined it was a bad hard drive. Took the lap top and he told me what hard drive to order. Which I did. But he went to brandsmart and picked it up. Very fair rates and he even set up the computer and printer when he came back. And as a bonus set up an old cell phone so I can use it to surf the web. Very pleased. Now I know a guy in the computer business.

Jack is a professional, he's very personable and very easy to talk to. He gave me a price quote and that is what I paid when he brought my computer back. His price was a very good value. He is very thorough and does excellent work. He made sure that everything was working properly when he brought my computer back. He connected both of my printers and checked that they were working properly. It's a genuine pleasure to work with a gentlemen that gives and keeps his word. Initially had Computer Guy of Florida set me up to work from home when Covid-19 hit. He was quite proficient. I found the pricing fair and competative. Had me up and running in no time. Had such confidence in his skills that I also had him set up several smart devices including smart light bulbs and an Amazon Echo speaker. I would highly recommend hiring him as he is quite knowledgeable in many areas.

I work for Lake Welding Supplies and we use Jack for all our computer needs and services. I was also having some issues with my laptop and brought it into have Jack look at it. The next day he called me back letting me know how the progress was going and then the day after he called saying he had fixed the issues and that he also had done some upgrades and cleaned up my computer.
He found several viruses on my laptop and successfully removed all of them. He is very professional and really knows his stuff and his way around the workings of computers. His pricing is very affordable and and competitive. I highly recommend using him for any computer problems you may be having.

The computer guy is the best. Set me up with my new computer and a blue tooth speaker. Went thru everything he did with me to make sure I understood everything. Was never once in a hurry to finish up. Bottom line is this: I can"t say enough good things about the computer guy. If you ever need a computer fixed or a new on set up you must call.

Jack is a well-educated, honest computer technician, not just a self-taught computer geek, like so many people out there. He has several certifications (see his website for these as well as many free tips and links). I can't imagine a computer problem he could not repair. He explains everything he is doing, step by step. His prices are more than fair.
When my computer died ("hard drive failure imminent"), he saved my data & transferred it to a new hard drive. He also suggested other computer components and parts, which have helped keep my computer in peak performance and made life easier. He ordered all necessary parts online while I waited, finding the best products/prices, allowing me to make the final choices (and see that he was not inflating his prices). We are grateful to have found Jack, whom we now consider our Computer Guy of Florida.

We were very satisfied with our experience with Jack the Computer Guy of Florida. Our 7+ year old computer's hard drive failed and after Jack installed a new hard drive, it is up and running like new! We were very impressed with his expertise and workmanship -- and most importantly, he was able to transfer all of our data from the old hard drive to the new one. Jack has been our computer consultant since we moved to Florida in November of 2015. He has done an outstanding job in supporting us and has saved us almost as much money as he has charged in fees. In fact, his fees are very reasonable and he has the ability to correct any kind of computer problem, as these days with the internet, there are many, many ways to generate computer problems.
It is our understanding that some non registered computer technicians have been using Jack's trade name and providing terrible service. Don't be fooled by others. Jack Resmondo is the only person you should call.

I called around and Jack was great at calling me and helping me the whole way. He came out the same day on short notice and got me running in the mean time and came back the next day to pick up my computer and fixed it on a SUNDAY. Monday morning I was back up and running. The price was fair and service was great. I would highly recommend.

I arrived in Florida to find that my mother's laptop didn't turn on, and her ten year old desktop was unusable. I called Jack of the Computer Guy of Florida and he was at my door by the afternoon. He diagnosed the laptop and then spent the afternoon debugging and making the old desktop usable for us. Kudos to Jack. I have been looking for someone who could help my Mom with her computer, and his company is now on her speed dial. He is terrific and gets my highest recommendation.
