My computer that I've owned a few years suddenly shut off and wouldn't stay on for more than 2min. As a real estate professional, this was an emergency! I searched for local computer repair shops and Ctrl Alt Delete was the only one open (11am on a Wednesday). I stopped in and was greeted by Tom. He took the time to diagnose the problem and offered me a simple fix.at no charge!

He also boosted it's performance and provided options to upgrade without buying a new computer. I was out in less than 30min. I DEFINITELY recommend Tom and Cltrl Alt Delete for your computer repair needs!

I brought in two broken laptops to Control Alt Delete they did great work on them. I found Tom to be friendly, honest, knowledgeable and professional. I could not be happier with the results!

I came in yesterday an I saw Tom and I just wanted to let you - if you can just let tom know that I figured out the issue on my computer. I'm very thankful for everything that he did do to help and for telling me where to look because once he told me where to look, I found it it was a very it was a cable that came disconnected. I found that I just wasn't allowing the graphics card to do things basically, cable connected the graphics card and I was doing looking up why?

And it turns out the reason why that H. D. M. I. Ports blocked on my motherboard is because my mother board does not have a graphics card, which would explain why it wasn't running anything when we plug to them. So problem fixed. Please just let Tom know, very thankful for all the help and he was just really really nice. Thank you very much.

I came in hoping to fix my laptop charger adapter and the owner simply gave me the spare part i needed free of charge. I will definitely be returning here for his wide range of services and will tell people i know about Ctrl Alt Delete.

Our 6 computers was not connecting to Internet Small business in East Longmeadow. We found Control Alt delete and read their stealth feedback in Google. Tom came and looked at our server and router. I recently had a severe issue with my Dell laptop. I called Tom, he told me to bring it in for service, and it was fixed the next day! Tom explained everything he would do to fix my issue. They just finished our website. Wow, outstanding. We also hired Tom to do our SEO and on the 4th month we already on the 1st page of google. We provided him 10 keywords and 6 keywords are already on the first page of Google and our phone is ringing with new clients. Tom said, in a few more months all 10 keywords will be on the first page. We had three laptops for 3 of our children. One of them was not displaying anything on the screen. Two others were very slow and possible was infected with virus. Before the school season opens we decided to have Control-Alt-Delete check all these out whether these 3 computers can be fixed or we can buy new laptops for the kids.
