I know Jeff Grenier from a mutual business group we are part of that meets very early on Wednesday mornings. I can't count the number of mornings Jeff shows up at 7:30am for the meeting but has already been up for 3 hours healing somone's I.T. pain. When they say 24/7 on call response, they mean it. Highly Recommend!

I took my laptop in for a repair and when they saw other things that would improve functionality they made those changes also.
