In the last 5 years I have brought in 3 computers to have serviced or repaired. We keep coming back because I am just amazed at how fast I get an answer, how fast I get results, and how reasonable I feel the prices are. This month we purchased a custom gaming computer that PC Expert built for us. WHAT AN AMAZING PRICE FOR THIS GAMING MACHINE! And it was finished not only on time, but early.

One of the computers I brought in a few years ago really was beyond repair and PC expert was able to sell me an upgraded amazingly upgraded refurbished computer for far less than it would've cost for me to repair the computer that I brought into them. I have referred more friends to bring their computer here and I will continue to tell anyone who listens that this is the best computer repair place around I also like how clearly the needed repairs are explain to me. I am not a computer expert I am just a computer user and having things explain to me simply and clearly is so valuable to me

Good price, fixed my spare Costco computer. This guy is a trumpet but I didn't mind his enthusiasm for some reason. Don't tread on me.

I had him fix my hard drives I got my laptop stolen first day then got it back he put a 2009 hard drive thinking I won't know the difference now I can't even run things properly in my laptop and it makes fan noises

I had an outstanding experience at PC experts. I had been putting off replacing my battery, mousepad and wifi connectivity issue for a long time. Almost considered buying a new computer. He was able to get everything ordered for me and replaced it the same day I brought it in. My computer runs like new and I'm very happy with the price I paid. Easy, thorough, was able to resolve my issue with my HP elitebook laptop in a day's time.

They were able to recover my SSD from my busted computer and I was able to recover all of my data! Most repair shops would probably never have attempted it, but these guys are the truly experts and very honest. I would go here again if I ever have another problem with any of my computers.

I took my 2011 iMac in after dealing with a ridiculous amount of lag and having to shutdown constantly due to applications freezing. I had taken it to the Geek Squad and all they did was charge me to tell me that it was running as intended. I took it to the guys at PC Expert on a Friday, and by the afternoon they told me what was wrong with it and how to fix it.

They told me what options they had and how much it would be for different options (ended up going with a new performance HDD, 1 TB, and 8 GB RAM, a significant improvement over the stock HDD). I didn't get this level of attention from the Geek Squad. They had it ready the following day; I plugged in and immediately noticed the difference (booted up in under a minute, something I had not seen before). Professional customer service, quick turnaround, and good results. I will be returning with my laptop next time.

I took an old Dell PC with multiple problems, mostly intermittent, to Mr. Vu and he completely refurbished it. It is like new and runs far better than it ever did. I really admired his persistence. It was not an easy problem.

They were very efficient, knew exactly what they were doing. However, I wouldn't say the price was fair. I brought my PC in to move windows onto an ssd and they charged me $129.

I can't say enough good things about PC Expert! They truly know what their doing and they clearly know their stuff. Prior to taking my Mac Book Pro in, I had taken another laptop to be repaired. Excellent service, so i went back. I brought in an older Mac Book a couple of days ago, and Vu had it up and running like new in under and hour and didn't charge me an arm and a leg for it. Vu is the best and I am so thankful for his help.

I don't know what everyone is talking about when they claim this place has bad employees, I took my MacBook Air to get checked out cause the battery seemed to be running slow. And again REMIND you both employees where amazing and treated me with respect!

I'm not sure why individuals go to this location. Want to get treated like crap? Want to pay more on the same parts that you can get elsewhere? Want to be completely ignored while trying to purchase something? You're in the right place!

I had decent experience the guy was nice but I brought in my high end rig he appraised me for building it myself and we wanted to know what was wrong I had done in inspection myself came to the conclusion it was the motherboard he came to that Sam conclusion. But he's charged 89 bucks for that I feel that is way too steep the store was also very cluttered anyone could just accidentally break your laptop but other then that it was alright unless this is your only option I wouldn't recommend it.

Brought in my MacBook Air after another shop gave me the runaround for three weeks. I dropped it off at 1pm here and was up and running by 4pm! Great service, super fast, and very polite and professional. I would highly recommend for any computer needs! Other shop told me it was going to need $400 in repair, got my laptop done for less than half that!

I took my MacBook all over town and no one was able to help. Vu changed my whole board at a reasonable price and quick turn over time. Vu is the best in town, I strongly recommend taking your CPU or Mac to PC Expert for the best results.

Came in because I was frustrated troubleshooting the issues I had with my new PC build. Was a huge mess with stuff scattered everywhere, and the technician there immediately tried to get me to pay $50 for diagnosis even though they have a sign outside that says they'll do that for free. On top of that he asked very simple questions about the state of the computer that left me thinking I know more about computer repair than him.

When I told him one of my problems was that I needed to get secure boot working for Windows Hello, he pestered me with questions asking what Windows Hello was and if it was an OS (it's not). After I explained to him what it was, he said the only way to fix it was to reinstall Windows. (When I finally found a way to fix it myself, it took the built-in Windows tool about ten seconds).

If you don't know anyone who can help you, I would still go to Geek Squad over this place. At least there they have some standard of cleanliness. Edit: In regards to the owner's response, you can tell that instead of trying to make good or reconcile the tech's behavior, he's blaming me saying I brought in "trash" that I "messed up severely" and that it would take him "8 hours" to fix.

Even though I straight up said in my review the issue that he didn't know anything about, took me about 10 seconds to fix once I knew what exactly to Google. I understand if your ego doesn't let you accept that a mistake was made with regards to a potential customer, but to throw a fit because you don't know what you're talking about is not acceptable.

I had dropped my computer a while ago and my computer started taking longer and longer to boot up. One day it finally forced me to do this update and it got stuck in the operating mode. I was devastated. I started to Goggle computer repairman and found PC Expert. I called him and he told me to bring it in after work. I got off late but he waited on me.

He explained to me what was wrong with it and made a few suggestions as to what would best. I trusted his advice and my computer is up and running just like new less than 24 hours later. He even brought my computer to me because I had to work and couldn't get to the store before he closed. He texted me and did a follow up the next few days about my computer. I highly recommend PC Expert to anyone because he will give you quality work and excellent customer service.

I checked Yelp to find someone to fix my wife's laptop that would shut off on it's own before we were able to even enter our password. When I talked to Vu he told me he doesn't change for estimates and I was happy to hear that. So we took the laptop to him and left over night, he called mid afternoon the next day and had it running. I highly recommend Vu to do any repairs on your computer.

Based on a previous satisfactory repair, we brought our mom's computer here for repair. He diagnosed the problem for free, and the repair came in under the estimate. He even fixed another problem on a laptop we had with us. Great price, quick service, great personality. The plastic screen on my HP came off and originally I took it to Best Buy and it took them two weeks to give me a quote on replacing the plastic screen. It took them another week to ship it back and for me to pick it up. I am a college student so I need my laptop for school. Then I looked and found PC Experts and took it in. Vu gave me a quote for free right on the spot and told me the things that had to be replaced, this was on a Thursday and I got my laptop back the next Monday.

He rushed the orders and got it back to me right before school started up again. I will definitely be coming back if I need anymore computer work done. It's also a great way to support local businesses. Highly recommend PC Experts!

Don't know who to take your computer to? Well stop tinkering with it and take it to Vu. This guy knows his computers inside and out and can diagnose in under 10 minutes. I wasted two days fooling around with my computer unsure of what to do next. Before I got in over my head and really screwed it up, I decided to do the smart thing and take it to Vu.

In just an hour and a half, Vu had it fixed and I was walking out with name brand parts, assurance that my hard drive was 100% healthy, and satisfaction in knowing that I had found a very reliable computer expert. His rates are quite reasonable. He is a local guy and can also come to your place. I will surely support him in the future with all my computer needs.

I had a big paper due, on my computer of course, I was too lazy to put it on my flash drive. My computer came on, but it wouldn't do anything after I put in my password. Not a great way to start my day. I called, they said bring it in, I brought it in, and an hour later I was a happy computer. Friendly, helpful, quick, reasonable. Don't go to Best Buy, use these guys!

I had an excellence experience at PC Expert. Vu took my laptop and fixed it the same day. It was fixed earlier than he said it would be. Also because I couldn't remember my passwords, I went home and he reinstalled software on line as well as my connection to the printer. He really did an excellent job, he is conscientious, making sure everything was working perfectly. I will definitely use him again as well as refer my friends to him.
