I have always been vastly interested in computer technology, and I have been surrounded by great learning experiences throughout my life. Because of this, I have built up a wealth of first-hand experience working with computers and other technology that has benefited me in many ways. I want to share the knowledge that I have acquired with the people I meet, and I look to provide the highest quality service possible to my clients. I have 5 years of professional experience working on and troubleshooting computer problems. For the last two years, I have worked at Bracken Library at Ball State, helping maintain over 400 public machines and approximately 125 staff computers. This professional experience has given me a great understanding of how to address all kinds of computer issues.

I promise to provide the utmost quality of professional service at an affordable rate. But my service is more than just fixing your problem. The largest part of computer maintenance is understanding the nature of computer problems and finding ways to avoid them. This is one of the reasons I provide in-home services, since this allows me to help you understand why your problem has arisen and what steps you can take to avoid it in the future.
