I had to have a new part installed on my new PC that was supposed to be $200+ and with labor and all came out to about $165. Perfect! Highly Recommended! Derrick was very helpful in the repair of our Laptop, he gave us updates on how the repair was going and even sent us pictures of what was going on with it. Gave us quotes ahead of time so we knew what we were getting into. Very reasonable prices too. He is willing to help no matter what the situation is. The job was done quick as well, will definitely go to him again for future repairs!

I had taken my laptop to a different place before coming here for a second opinion/diagnostic. The first shop told me that my laptop port was ruined (which was connected to the motherboard) and that it would be in my best interest to replace my laptop completely. I brought it in here and after a quick test, turns out it was really only my charger that needed replaced. This place saved me a lot of money, thank you!
