For starters, I spoke with Saul, over the phone. He was personable and very knowledgeable; I was definitely impressed with the length of time that he said that it would take him to tell me, what was wrong with my lap top. It took several minutes and I was stunned because my prior experience at various computer businesses is that I would drop it off and they'd tell me the problem in 1-3 days. Saul told me right there, and I was floored, not to mention that he said that he would be done that evening.
I took it about 10 am and it was completed by 4 pm. In addition to that, my computer is working like brand new. I was so happy with the results that one night, I woke up at about 2 am just to turn my computer on just to hear the sweet sound of the music turning on. Oh, what a lovely sound! What is even more of a bonus for me is, as I mentioned previously, how amicable Saul was. Sometimes, you can walk into a new business and you feel like you're not welcome there.
As a result, you do not want to give them your business, and I absolutely do not! I highly recommend them for all of your computer related issues. I apologize for the lengthy review; I just thought I had to express my experience as genuinely as I could.
