A while back my hard drive decided to crash. I took my desktop tower to the Geeks because I remembered a fellow writer and friend Lala C. had spoken highly of their service. The folks were courteous and staffed with competent techs. They replaced my drive with an SSD and the tech was able to save a majority of my photos and files. Thanks, guys. A job well done.

Far too expensive for simple, personal printer repair. It will cost you $125 base fee, with NO additional parts needed. You will not get any sort of discount if you bring in and/or drop off your device either. Positives: -Friendly, professional service; streamlined drop-off process. -Turn around time about 2-3 days. -Repair on printer appears to be effective. Negatives: -Did not include in invoice what was wrong with the device -Cost! Arizona Printer Services on Pantano road (east Tucson, locally owned business as well), will provide the same kind of repair at half the price ($60 in 2021). -Turn around time not markedly different than similar businesses. -Invoice states repairs are guaranteed for only 7 days after invoice; Arizona Printer Services (as of 2021 at least) guarantees repairs for 6 months after invoice.

Noe revived my dead computer hard drive and set me up running my HP laptop I thought I was going to have to replace. I was devastated thinking I had lost my unbacked up data (lesson learned--again) but he cloned the poor nearly dead hard drive and installed a new state of the art one on my good HP laptop. Its running perfectly and so fast it makes me smile every time I turn it on.
He checked to see all my devices and software worked as they were designed to. He is a cheerful helpful gentleman, I recommend this company and Noe very highly. I like to support local business, this is one I'm very happy to have found.

Joe Rhodes showed up on time. He was very nice and understood when I explained to him that I don't know nothing about printers and connecting them to wifi. He had my printer connected in no time. He also asked if there was anything I needed help with. I did not but explained I always use the company because I know they will fix my problems. Thank You Joe

I recently drove past this place when I was back home visiting & it reminded me how I did design work for them back in 2012 or something when I was a college student at U of A. Marc never paid his invoices. After months of badgering, I was given some excuse about him being under stress for baby mama drama or whatever self-inflicted circumstance & I was sol for all the money he owed me. So maybe they're a great service when you're paying them, but you should take a hard pass on this place if you don't plan on getting exploited.

Recently walked in without an appointment and was helped by Randy who answered my need for assistance with an external SSD problem. He resolved my issue in less than 10 minutes showing me it wasn't an equipment fault. There was no charge! The young lady, whose name I can't remember was very friendly and courteous too. I inadvertantly dialed Geeks 2 You when I thought I was calling the Geek Squad, but I was pleasantly surprised at the excellent job, their rep, Jackson did for me to resolve my issue with my router. Not only did he resolve the issue, but he made some other improvements to the performance of my computer and got me off the Internet Explorer onto Foxfire. Since he left, my performance on my computer has improved. I will use Geeks 2 You from now on in the future!
