The computer screen went black, so I put a call into Brandon and made arrangements to drop it off. That afternoon I got a call saying it is fixed. Made a pickup time and it worked perfectly. I will recommend if anyone has a problem Brandon and company is the place to go for both efficiency and price for getting the job done.

We called Brandon from All American on a Saturday afternoon. He came immediately after we called him and fixed the problem very quickly. He was nice, very respectful and very knowledgeable. My laptop screen went black and when I called arrangements were made to get my machine to them ASAP. It wound up having to go back to Apple for repair and they did the shipping for me. Because of my schedule, I was not able to be home for an appointment. Brandon made sure my computer was picked up and returned in a timely manner. Brendan was more than competent and very personable when he came to my house to set up my new MacBook. He advised me on what to order for accessories and was very thorough in the installation of my software.
