I had a warranty on my AirPods, & one of my pods were defective. I went there & in no time was Computer Max able to help me, ship off my AirPods, & explain to me everything that I needed to know. Within about a week or so they were back & they were working perfectly. They were cool there, & nice. Answered all my questions & explained to me everything that I needed to know. I took my Apple computer to be repaired. This company honors Apple warranty. They repaired my computer and the whole cost was covered under the warranty. They were very quick and also called to let me know a part had to be ordered. I was given an estimated repir time, which was correct. I highly recommend this company.

I called to ask if they could order my particular laptop battery. He asked if I could bring it in and they they may have some in store. I walked in at 4:34 p.m., handed him my computer, he said they had one in stock, told me the price (very reasonably priced for product and installation), installed it, and checked it. I paid and was walking out of the store by 4:52 p.m. Incredible service and ease of transaction!

My MacBook Pro had a crack in the screen that caused the whole backlight circuit board to go out. This was very inconvenient as I needed my computer for school. The staff was very polite and professional! They had my computer fixed within a week at a very reasonable price. It's been two weeks since it's been fixed and my computer is as good a new! I highly recommend their services.

My MacBook laptop was completely out during the middle of the semester at USM while in nursing school. Everywhere else told me my laptop would have to be shipped off to Apple and would approximately take a month or more to be fixed and returned. needless to say that was not an option BUT I had Apple care and it would be free to do so. I had a local computer shop recommend me to Computer Max and what a blessing it was they did!
My computer was taken that day and later that same day I got a phone call that the parts I needed were already ordered and my computer was taken care of in 3 days and COMPLETELY covered by my Apple care. I could not be more impressed by this shop and the timely manner of my repair! I would highly recommend them to anyone with an Apple product and I will continue to be a customer of computer max! HIGHLY SATISFIED! Thank you so much again!

My daughter cracked the screen to our Mac Air. When I took it in for repair, they told me it would be about a week and a half because it would take that long to get a screen replacement from Apple. Surprisingly, they called me two days later to let me know that it was fixed. Apple was able to overnight the part to them. They are professional, and the Mac Air is like new! I highly recommend them.

I was referred to Derrick at Computer a Max by a trusted friend at T-Bone's but it was Dustin who handled my desktop repair. He offered me a likely cause of my PC problem and outlined his approach to confirming a diagnosis and repair and he explained Computer Max's billing structure. He was calm, personable and he looked me straight in the eye. He gave me confidence that I was in good hands, that I was going to be treated fairly that I was not going to be gamed.
I wouldn't hesitate to go back to Computer Max should the need arise and I would have no difficulty recommending Computer Max to anyone else in need of professional computer repairs.

They were very professional, quick, and responsive! I took my computer in to get fixed, they asked what happened/what was wrong, and then they said it would take a couple of days for the parts to come in. 2 days later, I got a call from them saying that my computer is ready for pick up. My computer looked spotless! It looked like a brand new laptop, and all of the damages were completely fixed. Definitely recommend them!

These guys were very professional and provided a replacement battery for my iPhone6 within an hour. Don’t let your local cell phone dealer tell you that you need to have repairs done at an Apple store in Ridgeland or Baton Rouge. Computer Max is an Apple Authorized Service Provider; call them first for help!

I had a great experience at Computer Max in Hattiesburg! I'm a full time college student, and my computer wifi hardware stopped working. This made me unable to do anything online. I went to Computer Max and they were so nice and helpful. I dropped it off on a Friday afternoon and it was ready to go Monday morning. I haven't had any problems with it since.

Best place in Mississippi to take your computer to. I had a broken screen on a laptop that was needed asap. They fixed it and the whole sale was finalized in 35 minutes.. lifesavers.. after about 3 weeks using the laptop at a gig the screen went out. I took it back to them and to my surprise they fixed it no charge.. it's hard to find honest people these days but I did.. if u could give more than 5 stars I would.

Great company with excellent service. I took My iPad Mini in for battery replacement on Tuesday. They had it back and ready for me to pick up on Thursday! Very courteous staff. The work that ComputerMax does is nothing short of miraculous. I had a hard drive crash, and they were able to recover all my data at a very fair price. The employees were extremely professional and compassionate. My computer proved to be difficult when transferring files over, but the guys at CM copied them folder by folder to make sure they all backed up (which I know took some time), yet I still got my computer back within 48 hours. I am indebted to their service.

Service was great! My screen had to be replaced, the guy said he would run a diagnostic and call if there were other issues. If there were issues he would call before fixing it and increasing the cost. The next day I got a call just to let me know that nothing else was wrong. I was very impressed! They fixed my computer very quickly and were very close to the estimated price. I highly recommend it.
