Our company has been serving the needs of businesses, both large and small, since 1986. Bob began building and repairing computer systems for friends and family in the suburbs of Carrollton, TX. After receiving many requests for computer repair he decided to open a company with the vision of protecting and supporting DFWs computer users. The Memory Bank is a family owned and operated company that is now being ran by his son Robert Clayton. Robert started working on computers in the late 80's with the assistance of his father and never looked back.We understand that with out you we have no business, so clients satisfaction is our first priority. On more than a few occasions, TMB has serviced phones and laptops for me. A friend recommended them years back & after 2 occasions when Apple care had expired, Robert saved me, from what felt like, potential catastrophe. He is always, clear about what he plans to do, what it will cost, and helpful with alternatives. I truly feel like he has my best interest at heart.
The price is always more then fair and in each situation when I've had them service my electronics, they have saved me a considerable amount of money, time and heartache. I'm grateful to have competent, honest, economical and friendly technicians nearby. Highly recommend!

I spent a whole day looking for different technicians that could fix the phone and only hearing lies or excuses I searched and searched and couldn't find at mesquite at all until I gave up and said ok I'm going to try this place. Suddenly I walked into the store and someone asked me how they could help me and they told the technician that I assume he owns the place and in less than 30 seconds he told me how much ws charged me and how long I needed to be able to have it ready.
I was really surprised by everything I saw in that place and how many clients that person had. I want to clarify that I am not looking for any benefit for myself by writing this good review of this place

Great Experience! Quality Service, Work & Above All the price was right. Sure there may be cheaper alternatives. But not everyone honors their quotes or offers 2 year warranty on their product. Turn Around time was fast, less than a day! Highly Recommend. Got a screen replacement for my Dad's 6th Gen iPad. Worth every penny!

These guys are tech experts! They were able to fix my IPhone XS Max after it had been dropped in water and was no longer working! Luckily, it was just the screen that needed to be replaced! And, these guys were able to replace it a low cost! Surely, much cheaper than Apple store since it had no warranty! Definitely recommend for any electronic/phone problems!

I cracked my iPhone 7 screen a while ago and took it to the mall to get it fixed. The guy quoted me $79 at first but said he could do it for $69 and throw in a free screen protector when he saw I was about to walk. He said it came with a 4 month warranty as well. I said okay and he replaced it. The color on the screen was so incredibly dull and I was upset that I wasn't warned that it would look so different.
I had him put my cracked screen back on and went to TMB. I told the guy everything that happened and he said he could show me the color on the screen before he officially put it on. He was fast and the color was pretty much the same as the original Apple screen. They charged me $79 and $9.99 for the tempered glass protector. I honestly didn't mind since it was way better quality than what the mall offered. And the warranty is covered for 2 years! Wish I had yelped this place first since they offer a free tempered glass protector if you check in. Great customer service!

TMB Repairs is the most honest, trustworthy people I've ever used. I went in to get my charging port replaced. They could've easily charged me the $75 but instead, he removed the large deposit of lint (from being in my pocket) and didn't charge me a dime. Highly recommend this company. Outstanding staff and convenient location.

These guys are the best! My brother was here from out of town and broke the screen on his Samsung Galaxy S8. We called at least 20 places in Dallas to find somewhere to fix it. They either charged $300 and it would take 2 or more days or they only worked on iPhones. These guys charged less and had his phone ready within a day! I highly recommend this place! They are so professional and knowledgeable. You can't go wrong taking your device here!

These guys are amazing. The owner Robert is so friendly, and I could tell he knows his stuff. I took my laptop in for a hard drive replacement and he offered a great price for the installation. Now my laptop is running beautifully! I definitely plan to take any other tech problems I have straight to these guys!

My 1 year old laptop died. Hard drive went out. I use it for business so I was very distraught. TMB was able to replace the hard drive with one that was even better than the one it came with. They saved all of my important graphics and documents. Life savers for sure! I'd definitely recommend them for any computer related issues.

I found this business on Yelp and sent my inquiry on Sunday evening. I needed to change my tablet broken screen. Robert, the owner, sent me his estimate the next day. He offered repair options to me that really helped to save my money. I also got email updates so I knew what was happening. My screen was ready after 3 days. And Ive got my baby back!
The shop is located in a busy but easy-to-reach place. There is a lovely sitting area with seats for approximately 4 people - saw them waiting. Robert and his associate are professional and friendly. They are also working with you trying to save your money. I recommend this place to anyone who need a tablet repair. Thank you, Robert!

Went in because my computer was dying. Took it to where i purchased it to find it would be gone 2 weeks!!! So tried geek squad, paid to have it checked was told they couldn't find the problem after 3 days and actually got my diagnostic money back! A friend said to try her PC guy dropped off my laptop and was ready for the worst next morning was called with 2 options. Turned out a ram stick was dead! I could loose part of my ram and be a little slower or replace the stick and be back. Ended up getting it fixed for less than the diagnostic at Bestbuy. Will be back.

I had a broken phone and I pretty much checked the whole of Dallas to get my data recovered but every body and I mean everybody from a small store guy to a professional Samsung guy said no sorry. The guys at tmb did the job for me , the data meant a lot to me bcoz it was a lot of personal stuff in it . Anyway great service, good customer support,great price and honest. I have a HP computer that never has worked very well since Ive had it. It was running real slow and very sluggish, and the touch pad kept sticking. Robert fixed it at and its running smother and faster than it has since I bought it. Thanks to him I enjoy getting on my computer. He is very smart and knowledgeable in the computer field. After he looked over my computer it turned out to be a small problem "small to him". Had the computer done the next morning for less money than I was quoted.
