I've been using Computerz101 for over 5 years and I've always received prompt service and really good computer products. Michael is always available for technical support as well. I recommend Michael for all your computer needs, large or small.

I have used Michael's services on several occasions now and have been very pleased with his work (when my hard drive crashed, when my wife's computer needed virus removal and OS upgrade, recommendation/install of PC graphics card and new power supply, and helped resolve a server connection issue). He is very knowledgeable, pleasant to work with, and fairly priced.

Michael did a great job fixing my computer. I knew my computer was bad but not how bad. He removed a couple of viruses and trojans as well as giving it a good tune-up. He repaired it quickly and was reasonable in his pricing. I was most impressed by the fact that he had access to all of my files but never made a comment on their content. I'm very happy with the work Michael has done for me. He got me a really great computer at a very good price when mine died. He's great to work with. Very knowledgeable and helpful and courteous. And his follow up care is wonderful! I highly recommend him, top marks in my book! He also helped my daughter by fixing a laptop problem that no one else could solve! PS.It is more than worth it to drive to Banks for Michael's expertise, plus, it's a nice drive, so don't be put off by the location, you'll just be glad you found him.

I have used Computerz 101 several times, and I will again whenever I need professional assistance with my PC. Michael has solved several issues for me via "team viewer" He has also beefed up my entire system at a very reasonable rate. My computer now runs faster than it ever did with no issues. Even though it's an hours drive from my house each way I won't take my computer needs anywhere else.

I've been using Michael for WEB posting and computer repairs for over 4 years. He ha worked on my personal computers and also on my work computers and server. Michael has always come through and fixed any problems I had. Recently I was visiting my sister in North Carolina and noticed how very slow her laptop and desk top were. I called Michael and he responded quickly.

I installed Team Viewed for him. He found a large number of viruses and malware, most likely caused by other people using her computers. She had Macafee and it does not work like people think it should. Michael installed Malwarebytes as he has done on all my computers. Both computers are now working like new, much to my sisters surprise. The only minor problem was the 3 hour time difference. I CAN RECOMMEND MICHAEL @ COMPUTERZ-101 VERY HIGHLY.

Michael worked on both my wife's Mac laptop and my iMac computer this last month. He upgraded each of our computers installing new SSD hard drives with memory upgrades for each. He went through each machine with a fine tooth comb checking for any and all problems such as malware, competing software applications, printer problems, recovered lost files, etc.

We were extremely impressed with his knowledge of the older and current operating systems of Apple products. He spent a great deal of time on our computers to make everything was operating efficiently. We highly recommend Michael's work ethic and expertise.

We have used Michael for at least 10 years now. I highly recommend him to anyone that is having computer issues. From old computers to brand new ones, he knows his stuff. He has helped me a ton of times through team viewer, which saved me a ton of driving miles and fuel money. He will not charge you an arm & a leg, plus he is very honest. Michael has been a God sent for me. I have worked with a computer for years as I do my husbands company books. But, I did not understand how they worked and was scared to death of them. I found Michael last year and I am amazed how much he has taught me and how much more comfortable I am with the computer. His service is outstanding. My first association with Michael Knowles at computerz101 was when we called for computer problems at my office October- 2010 Michael came and took care of the issues we had right a way. I was very impressed with the vast knowledge that he displayed in the computers field. In fact we called back one other time in which he replaced our hard dive that crashed, once again Michael repaired our computer in very professional way, fast and Izzy and we were able to return to work.

Michael also build for my company a Webb site from start to finish, we hope to work with Michael in the future as well. Great service good value.
