I would recommend Ryan to anyone with my eyes closed. Super professional, good warranty, great communication before, during, and after the computer was build. He will make a computer base on your needs and budget. Don't worry if you don't know anything about computers he will explain everything to you. Been using my computer for trading for over a week now and that thing is GOLD and FAST! 0 problems at all even with 3 monitors and running multiple programs, charts, and recording. Today I had a MAJOR crisis, I dropped my only work computer. I turned it on to check the screen thinking it was cracked and shocked to see a message saying "hardware not detected". I called Dell and of course it's hoops to jump through and of course wait until next week to ship a new hard drive and an appointment HUH?! I have to work with this computer on Monday that won't work!
I called several local computer companies and learned that first (It's Friday no ones Available) and secondly everyone wants to do a remote not taking apart your computer fix up. I called Ryan and I was crying throughout the entire call (just one more thing today) and he took that computer ON A FRIDAY mind you on the spot and within 30 minutes and fixed it.
This man is a GOD SEND WITH A HEART OF GOLD. He saved my day and my job! THANK YOU RYAN! Anyone else would have taken advantage of my desperation he was fair, honest, fast and reasonable! PLEASE use his services.

Ryan was great from the outset- took my calls and didn't condescend to my ignorance. I have had him provide numerous and varied products and services and he hasn't tried to upsell me but has given me just what I need. Ryan is a true professional of his craft, and as someone who works with computers on a regular basis I would recommend his services to anyone. We ordered a high-end PC built for 3D modeling and rendering using a pre-generated list; Ryan gave us insight on changes to make to the list, the reasons for the changes, and several additional quality-of-life adjustments that really showed his expertise and dedication to a job well done.
The PC took longer to build than expected due to extraneous circumstances, but it was still way faster than any larger custom PC building service, and the work quality was phenomenal and well worth the wait.

I bought a used Dell Inspirion computer typically used for gaming. After an accident where it was dropped the back corner was crushed and the on/off switch was hanging there. It wouldn't turn on. Luckily for me I was visiting my Mom who had just had a positive experience with Ryan when he fixed my nieces HP. I contacted him through the Messenger app and not only did he answer within the hour but made the appointment to meet me and pick up the computer. 2 days later as promised I received a computer that looked brand new.
He set it up Beautiful! I was so happy to see my Dell looking so good. The best part was I turned it in to him without a battery

Ryan just assembled a custom PC for us, and we are incredibly grateful. His knowledge and customer service are top-notch. He was patient and gracious with our seemingly unending questions, and our mistake in purchasing necessary parts for the build. The PC is amazing, and Ryan's attention to detail is excellent, but the best part of working with Ryan was his regular check-ins and updates. My 85 yr old mom unknowingly clicked on something that loaded her computer with viruses. I took her computer to Ryan Bacchus, as he came highly recommended, and for good reason. He wiped her drive clean and then reloaded just the data important to her. What was so nice about him was he understood, that at her age, he needed to restore it the way she was used to operating it. He corrected it quickly and he charged a reasonable price. I highly recommend Ryan... he is one of the good guys!

Where do i begin? I came to Ryan requesting that he help me water cool my PC. I also wanted to get a few other things done and he put together a very nice package for a fair price. Needless to say I got what i asked for and more. Ryan is quick to respond, very knowledgeable, and does great work! Custom Built PC and Repair fixed my Acer Aspire with no problem at all, they replaced the DC jack also the keyboard as well with little time as expected. They told me the exact problem that happened to my laptop which was the motherboard was bad. Thanks for the input CBPAR and hope we can continue business in the future.

Custom Built PC and Repair did a great job on my HP pavilion laptop, they fixed what was wrong with it and costed me less money than other places.
