The history of smplsolutions begins in 1996 with the start of a firm providing computer support, database design and software application customization for small companies. At this time the firm specializes in assisting customers automate and organize their existing computer software applications so that the different software can share data and communicate more efficiently, resulting in greater productivity. The business quickly developed from PC and laptop support to servers and multi-location network support. In 1998 the business is incorporated by David Case under the name Systems Management PC and LAN Solutions, Inc. dba SMPL Solutions and so is born the name simple solutions. In 1999, 2000 and 2001 the company undergoes huge growth and expands from offering network and software design to also offer voice & data cabling, phone system installation, web site design and business relocation services.
Leveraging the power of the Internet and our own internal experts for software application automation and database design, smplsolutions makes and implements many of its own automated databases and Internet enabled resources. From this expansive business plan is born A Technology Everything Provider and the company corporate name is officially changed to smplsolutions. During 2002 through 2006 smplsolutions adapts to an ever changing marketplace, its strategy for offering what the customer requires is refined and supplemental professional services are added. The service offerings involve the design, integration and maintenance of voice, data and video related systems for small to medium size businesses, typically from 10 to 350 users.
Clients can rely on Smplsolutions to provide help in computer networks, telephone systems, video conferencing, voice & Internet circuit ordering & support, digital video surveillance, and voice & data cabling. Our purpose is to help each and every customer improve its Return On Technology. In 2007, as we were outgrowing our existing space, we purchased our current 2 story building with warehouse, installed the most modern in technology and moved in. We keep on enjoying offering our customers with the best of service and the best of technology. Since 2001, I have used smplsolutions for all my phone networking needs. They installed phone systems for two companies I worked for in Los Angeles. I've recommended them to at least two other companies my friends' owned or worked at. And I just recently had them install the phone system in my office in Texas. I don't have one negative thing to say about them.
I am always able to get in touch with them whenever I have questions. Even if I think I might be able to figure out the answer myself, I still contact them. Hehe. smplsolutions just installed the Toshiba VIPedge for me. It's very convenient to be able to plug the phone in anywhere and make calls. And the call manager application on my cell phone is very handy. Thank you guys for doing a great job time and time again! And thanks Matt, for all your hard work!

A smplsolutions representive did contact me, and explained in a very professional nice way: how they at smplsolutions were better trained than the other it guys. which may be true. my opinion is based on using a prima facie method to calulate a reasonable "I.T." persons hourly worth. if you look at the job market; an it person's annual wage or rate as a new hire; divided by the number of hours (say 40 hrs or 2080 hrs which is really conservative ) then double that rate ( because they're self employed); comes close to $65- $75 an hour not $145 an hour. dont like my calulation, you disagree with my formula. i understand. respectfully, steven s

Since the spring of 2003, my company and I have had the pleasure of working with David Case and his exceptional team at smplsolutions. The reason we initially chose smplsolutions was because of their extensive knowledge of the telecom products and services they were offering. The reason we still keep smplsolutions as a technology partner is due to their unparalleled level of professionalism and dedication to customer service.
We use smplsolutions for all of our data, voice, networking/cabling/racking, DVR, and UPS needs, both in Los Angeles and New York. This includes a wide range of products from Cisco, Toshiba, Dell SonicWALL, and APC (just to name a few). It is rare to find a technology company whose employees will strive to tailor a solution that will work for your company's needs. Unfortunately, most technicians working for other tech companies will commonly blame it on that product's limitations telling their clients that "it can't be done" or "that's just the way it works." This has not been our experience with smplsolutions. Matt Abshire, smplsolution's Telecom Manager, has researched many projects for our company and has always come through with a solution. smplsolution's employees are excited about what they do and it shows. If you are looking for a technology company, you will be hard-pressed to find a company more dedicated to helping you solve your company's unique needs.

The selection of staff has been top of the line. The only conclusion that I can come up with is that it's that old trickle down theory. It had to have begun at the top.
