This was the first time I ever used a remote to clean up my computer. It could have not gone better. Trust was the main reason I hired Fran and why I will hire her next time. Handing over your computer is a little weird for a first time person. I could not be happier with the results. The price of $45 was more than fair. Hire her.....you won't be sorry!
